It is VITAL for any mom to have the right flange size in order to make pumping be pain free. I learned this the hard way when I used the flange sizes my pump came with that were way too large and caused even more nipple damage than my already tore up nipples had been put through. After measuring my nipples, I bought these along with two other sizes to make sure I could try them all out and see which ones were the most comfortable. These 19mm size were perfect. Have used them for almost a month and they completely saved me from giving up on pumping and breastfeeding. They work great with my Spectra1 pump. No issues. Very grateful to have found the right fit and to finally being able to pump without any pain.

I love Maymom products! They have yet to disappoint me. I started my nursing pumping journey when I had my son back in January and met with an IBCLC who was able to correctly size me for flanges. Turns out I am a 13 and a 15 MM so the standard size flanges that came with my spectra breast pump clearly didn’t fit. When I was looking at flange sizes that would fit me maymom popped up and I ordered them. They have been incredible. They wash amazing and are very durable. The quality is great. I’ve used these now every day since January. I’ve ordered multiple sets so I have four sets to use during the day and rotate. They’ve held up amazing. I sterilize everything everyday still so even being exposed to the high heat, they’ve held up extremely well. I 100% will recommend this brand for replacement pump parts to anybody

I bought these to go along with my Spectra and they fit perfectly. I do with the pink valves were easier to get off, but other than that I have no complaints. I used the Earth Mama nipple cream and it cleans off easily. It's hard to find flange sizes that small since average is 24! But this fit true to size. If you are part of the kitty bitty titty committee, you may have some extra room with them being wide mouth flanges but this never affected the actual flange size around your nipple.

I ordered the 19s to attach to the Spectra S2 pump. Much more comfortable than using the incorrect size that came with it (24s). I ordered a few sets so I could rotate them. So far, 6 month in, they are still good quality. I also really like that they fit the philips avent bottles so when I pump in the morning I can pump directly into the bottle, then serve to my baby.

Overall a good product. I was happy to have the proper sized flange so I had less dishes to do when pumping at work. However, if my breasts are particularly full they don’t fit well into the flange causing gapping, leaking, and less milk flow. If I’m soft then they work great!

I have always thought I had a problem producing with my first two children, but I still am giving it a go with my 3rd that I birthed last week. I could never really pump more than 3 oz in a whole day between both boobs combined. Turns out I was just using the wrong flange size! I used the standard 24mm that came with my Spectra’s and then did some research on how to increase my supply and lo and behold, I needed the tiniest flanges that exist after learning to measure myself. These 13mm flanges have made so much difference in just a single day! I went from pumping 3 oz combined in a whole day to almost 4 oz just from the right and 2oz just from my slacker lefty in only 3 pumping sessions!!! To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I haven’t tried to wash them in the dishwasher yet to see about quality but I’m currently in love with how much these have helped me not feel like as much of a failure as I have been. Purchased 3 sets lol
