A solid and detailed battleship model
The battleship model is full of details and easy to build.

Great Detail - But Small
This is a good model, although somewhat smaller than I expected. I know - I know - read the scale specs. It was quite easy to assemble despite the numerous small pieces. Since it comes in a battleship grey color already, there was very little painting actually necessary. The detail is quite good and I prefer the waterline design so you don't have to balance it on a precarious stand to display it.

Nice detail for such an affordable kit
I am just getting into model ships from the two World Wars. Listening to Robert K. Massie's Castles of Steel piqued my interest in the topic. This is a quick build and the instructions are good. There are some good aftermarket parts for the railings and other fine parts. It would be good if the description included the recommended paint colors from Tamiya's line of great paints. I recommend this kit to anyone desiring to get into this aspect of model making.

Appeared relatively new (not like a vintage version), box was sealed and in very good shape. The model was very nicely designed and everything fits together nicely.

Bel modello di ottima fattura ma scala 1/700 decisamente riduttiva. Acquistato uguale modello Heller 1/400, a quasi lo stesso prezzo, decisamente più soddisfacente dal punto di vista scenografico.

Modèle un peu ancien , et qui gagnerait à une cure de rajeunissement avec de la photodécoupe . Tamiya reste une marque excellente à la qualité irréprochable .

Product was excellent, size is about one foot and it requires assembling and painting. But it's a good way to keep yourself buy in free times. More like a puzzle for adults.

Kit de model bien détailler. Cette série de tamiya Vien avecla coque couper sur la ligne e floraison et elle Vien avec un poids pour teni le bateau.

Lovely kit when completed, the only drawback is in the stern. In my mind, it should have been one moulding, not sure why it's not, maybe so it fits in the box.
