Great flavor and texture!
Very good flavor and a nice snap. Can't really tell from regular ginger snaps which is excellent for vegan and gluten free. A little pricey but expected for a niche product. Buying 6 packs now to save a few bucks at least.

Super tasty and completely safe for me to eat. I finally got my ginger snaps and it snapped back with its ginger (how its suppose to be). Only complaint is the price but I understand any allergy friendly foods tend to cost more.
