Cheaply made
Definitely not worth $300 , it looks like a cheap chinese product. Max price should be $50. This is a joke.

Expspensive and could be improved, but does its job well and with ease.
This is an expensive piece of equipment but it does come in handy.I was rounding corners manually on magnets, which was time consuming and not the cleanest looking. This cuts through magnetic material and other materials with ease. I am happy I brought it.I do wish they made the access door on the side better. It comes open way too easily and drops the waste cuts out. It really needs to be a door that opens out with a simple clip. Other then that, I'm happy with it.

bad design only works to cut 1 card at a time
at first I thought the cutter worked nicely because it did 1 very nicely, but then I experimented with a stack. The cutter does not uniformly cut the stack, and the larger the stack, the more layers it damages. 1 card at a time is all it can handle without damaging any cards. The arm part that sits over the cutting die punch can swivel around into the wrong position and block the thing from punching down so you have to watch it as you push the arm down by looking at it from underneath, but once you have it working correctly, it seems to keep working for cutting 1 business card at a time. I got this for the mistaken impression that it would nicely cut at least a small stack, but am keeping it for now because it at least does cut that 1 card very nicely. I might return it soon if I find a cheaper one for that 1 card at a time, or one that actually does a stack. You also need to make sure to loosen the screws and adjust the guides to where they are properly aligned with the things you are cutting or else remove the guides.

Not the most reliable tool
I use this tool all the time for my business. While I do generally like the way it operates, I'm now on the fourth one. They don't last very long (my most recent one hasn't even lasted a year).I've replaced dies several times, but what I ALWAYS find is that the tool itself isn't made all that great. There's a little pin in the handle that's supposed to hold a part that presses on the die when operating the tool. The pin is held in place by two teeny tiny washers, and every time I buy one of these, the washers break, the pin comes out, and I have to figure out some other way to keep it working. I shouldn't have to re-engineer this tool every time.I really wish someone would redesign the handle mechanism so I don't have to keep buying these.

Lassco CR-20 1/4" Radius Corner Rounder Cutter
Cuts good but the door that slides open to empty the corner scraps doesn't work properly so I have to leave it open, thus a constant mess.

Very Cheaply Made Product
For $150. plus, I expected a decent product, but the platform is about as thick as a coffee can (No Kidding) and as a result it bends when making the cuts; which in turn doesn't allow a precise cut; sort of at an angle.Don't waste you money on this item.I gave it two stars because it works for the most part on short small stacks, but can't imagine it being a long lasting product with cheap it is made. They should have built the case better to hold the cutter so it doesn't flex under pressure..I am going to try and return it.

Quality corner rounder. Works over time with regular maintenance.
I use this high quality corner rounder to round the corners of handmade journals I create. The paper is relatively thick for the cover. I also round the corners of up to 16 text weight papers at a time. Recommended maintenance is to cut some aluminum foil between sessions of cutting paper. This die has never dulled and I have made over 100 handmade books at this point.

Patience is a Virtue
This is my second corner rounder in ten years. They last forever. This one, however, had to be "rigged" to work....the actual blade did not sit flush on the surface, so it was impossible to use. I was about to send it back and then my husband actually used a file to file down some of the plastic which ultimately enabled the blade to sit properly. It works great and I love this thing. I have a calligraphy business and I am constantly rounding the corners of invitations and stationery. It can only round about 3-4 at a time cleanly, but as long as you are patient, this machine is awesome! If you jam too many in at a time, the edges will not be smooth. My advice is to pour a glass of wine and take your time!
