I made a three layer wedding cake each layer was double so I fed about 200 to 250 people

can this use in a microwave oven?

Hi Choi, No, these performance pans are made of aluminum which cause the microwave to spark with the possibility with fire occurring. You could consider making cupcakes in silicon molds in the microwave. There are also decorative paper baking cups which stand alone in the microwave without a cupcake tin. Many weddings are going to cupcakes which are placed on elegant stands or glass shelves. Thanks for the question.

What is the maximum oven temperature they are rated for?

I've never seen a specific rating for them but since most of the cakes/brownies, etc. that you bake don't need to be higher than 350 degrees, you're fine. I have used other Wilton pans to cook regular food on and my temp has been as high as 400 degrees. The highest most ovens go to is 500 which I know for sure that silicone pans can handle. If you plan to cook at anything higher than 375, I would recommend a glass pan as I know that aluminum pans sometimes warp at high temps (but they do flatten out when cool).
