Easy to use, lightweight, nice handrail at the top, compact to store when not in use. Only slight criticism is that it may be too lightweight for heavyweight users! Ideal for users of normal build.

Only thing that would make this better for me is if the feet were a bit grippier to the floor. We've bought this for our young son to help in the kitchen as he can reach the work surface easier, but the steps move on the wooden floor as he ascends and decends. That one issue assure, this is perfect. It has a fantastic safety catch on the folding mechanism that pretty much guarantees it won't accidentally fold or trap fingers in, and is solid once opened and the catch is in place. Delivery was 3 days earlier than advertised, so top marks therem

Its a well made set of steps and excellent value for money. A bit heavy I wouldn't want to lift, so slide along the carpet. I would have liked some mention of the small hook that locks them as I struggled to try and close after use, till I found this device was keeping them open.

I got a new kitchen with high cupboards... and I am short (5'). Well, this ladder is brilliant, it's light enough to move about, and super sturdy, with a great handrest at the top, nice non slip feet too. I feel safe on this ladder and now I can reach the choccie biccies on the top shelf!

We ordered these ladders to reach the top shelf in the kitchen. They are perfect. They are very sturdy and so light and easy to use which makes it a pleasure to use them.

Handy to have for the house and garden. Opens up and folds away in a second. Feels sturdy (on flat surface obviously) and a great price!

Ladders strong and sturdy. Little bit difficult to fold at the moment but think this will get easier with use. Fit nicely under my stairs.

Very pleased with this purchase. These steps are very solidly built with a safety handrail and good rubber treads on each step. Folds up nice and flat. Worth every penny. Fast delivery. Absolutely no complaints here.
