has any one used this on a Toyota 4 runner? (2010) Can it be use to change the struts? thanks

Yes, and it works great. Pro tip: remove the bolts for the sway bar bushing brackets and let the sway bar hang so your aren't fighting against the sway links when you're trying to bring the lower control arm down to remove/install the struts.
