This is my husband‘s WD-40 for his joints lol a few weeks after taking it, he stopped complaining of his knees. He has two years, taken it and never once complain again. Don’t get me wrong. You have to put in effort in stretching and walking

These things are giant. No smell or taste, but still tough to get them all down. You take three at a time Which feels like a like because of the size. Don’t really feel any difference after a few weeks. No side effects.
