MOFT Invisible Laptop Stand, Stick-On Portable Laptop Riser for Mobile Work

I've purchased two. My experience with the first was so good I bought another when I wore it out. The first purchase was in May 2019. It is now June 2022 and it finally wore out and needed to be replaced. I'd say three years of HEAVY DAILY USE and it held on for three years ? Sign me up. When I first purchased it, I was like no WAY is this flimsy thing going to hold up to the brutal wear and tear by a remote graphic designer. I expected my computer to tilt a bit when I typed, or it to be a bit off balance or straight up break. I was sooo wrong, this is my absolute favorite product I have ever purchased for my home office or computer. It stays put and when I furiously type the computer doesn't wobble at all. You can see that my old one (grey) started to separate from the seam. Other than that, looks absolutely brand new. The sticky did not wear out (although it hasn't been moved since I put it on the first time) and it removed clean with zero residue. The new one (blue) looks slick. Feels really sturdy and works just like the old one. The new one has air holes, which I appreciate. Since I use some heavy programs my MacBook Pro tends to get hot, so maybe this will help. I will say, I am not sure how well this will work with other brands of laptops. It is going to depend on how the notebook is balanced. Apple tends to take a lot of care in making sure their laptops are very well balanced. My friend bought this on my recommendation (he had an inexpensive windows notebook, same size as my MacBook Pro) and when he used the keyboard it wobbled a bit, only because the heavier components were in one of the back corners, making it unstable. Super happy with my purchase, Moft FTW !!!

so convenient to use - it stays with the laptop (15" MacBook Air) unobtrusively until needed. I can't imagine using the laptop without it! Their customer service is stellar. I had a question (not a problem, just wanted to know if it was reusable once I removed it - and it is, though they do not recommend it. AND it is Really Hard to get it off.) and they were prompt and personable in their response. They even told me that they were planning a deep discount in a few days (this was just prior to Prime Day). I will be gifting these to family for Christmas! Tiny issue, and this may just be me : I don't find it as easy to engage as their videos suggest - especially going into the tallest setting.

I like the portability of this a lot, and the fact that it doesn't add any weight to speak of to my laptop when I'm carry it in my laptop case. It's a very clever concept and I'm glad I saw a commercial for this laptop stand. I have arthritis in both wrists, so having my laptop at an angle makes typing much more comfortable for me, so now I can use it a lot more when I'm out and about. I did have a little trouble at first trying to figure out how to get it to fold properly to provide the desired angle, but that's a me problem, not a problem with the product. It comes with a diagram showing how it's supposed to work, but I have a terrible time with spatial tasks because of a neurological condition. Not the product's fault at all. My best friend didn't even need to look at the diagram to figure it out, so I feel comfortable saying that it'll be fairly easy for most people. I first applied it completely off-center, but it was very easy to remove and re-apply correctly and removing it once doesn't seem to have impacted its adhesiveness at all. The only slight complaint I have about it is that, if I put too much weight/pressure on one side of the keyboard, it does wobble a little bit. That doesn't seem to have damaged the stand at all or anything, so it's a minor complaint, and my laptop is on the large side of what is recommended for this particular stand. Overall, it's a very handy little product that makes typing for long periods of time a lot more comfortable, and as I said, I love the portability of it. Traditional laptop stands don't exactly lend themselves to being tucked in a laptop case or backpack and this one very much does.

2 years after and its still working perfeclty fine. Perfect height for video calls (better camera angle) & very durable, i've been using it every day ever since. Definitely a space saving item, rathen than buying a special hard stand. Foldable, discrete & good value for money. EDIT: I even encouraged my partner to buy one.

Item was exactly as advertised. It’s not used yet as will be for a college student.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY Waste of money, I am sad. Hi, just got this minimalistic stand thinking it would be perfect for my needs. It doesn't work as you would expect. I have no idea why everyone else writing these reviews have such low standards, but for what you pay for, this stand is too wobbly in use. I have a Huawei Mate book X Pro I used it on. The 3 inch height mode is sturdy enough to use but the angle is too steep for typing. Though it's good enough to raise the laptop for viewing movies, shows etc. The 2 inch height has a more comfortable angle for typing, albeit a bit steep as well, but there's so much wobble when typing or even just resting your palm on the laptop. How can you work with your laptop wobbling around? Makes no sense at all. The magnet closure worked fine enough for me on my first day of testing. It was secured flat when I wasn't using it. It's frustrating how such a great idea could be executed so poorly. I will be buying those stick-on laptop risers that work like a keyboard kickstand instead and see if I have better luck with those. Tl;dr - I wasted $20 and I can't even use this or even return it. Total waste of my hard earned money. I HIGHLY advise against buying this product. Look elsewhere.

Day 1 (April 16, 2020): I immediately installed this on my 2019 MacBook Pro 16" laptop when it came in. I was drawn to the idea of improving posture from the heightened screen - and I do feel the improvement that the stand offers in my posture. Right now, it works well - as of one day of use. When set to the higher position I was afraid it would be a bit wobbly but I really don't notice at all. I rest my palms on the sides of my touch-pad and type from there - my palms don't really lift up and the typing experience it just a good as it was, if not better. When I intentionally move the laptop I notice a bit of fault of the stand. It's not wobbly but it swivels from the build of the stand being a bit flexible. The stand twists under the laptop when this happens. Another thought: when the stand is not in use (as it sits under the laptop, folded) the laptop's rubber feet do not sit on surfaces. So I anticipate the stand to get dirty from not being in use due to this. I personally don't so much mind it, but is worth noting. I can't personally evaluate the build quality after one day of use but I would like to return and complete the review after more use. Stay tuned. Day 35 (May 21, 2020): Still operates the same as day one - it as been holding up well. I have noticed a few things that weren't initially something I really cared about but want to highlight for others that may find it a problem. When folded and attached under the laptop, the stand is the only thing making contact with the service it's on. Originally it seemed that it would pick up a lot of dirt because of this, but I actually haven't noticed it get any dirtier.

This is the second one I have purchased. It’s for my new computer. This one is flimsier than the previous one I bought several years ago. They have cheapened the product.

Es excelente, es la versión más nueva del moft stand. Le queda perfecto a mi macbook pro m1 pro de 14” Es excelente para escribir código y hacer videollamadas. Lo recomiendo mucho. Los imanes lo mantienen en su lugar una vez pegado a la lap.

Die Idee ist toll, das System wirkt nach den ersten Tagen überraschend stabil und erfüllt seinen Zweck wirklich gut. Das anbringen des Ständers ist - obwohl eigentlich ganz einfach - dann doch nicht so einfach getan, die „Anleitung“ macht es nicht leichter … Insgesamt aber ein praktisches Accessoire, wenn man mit dem Notebook oft unterwegs ist und etwas für die Ergonomie tun möchte.

Me encanta este soporte y lo volví a comprar para nuevo portátil y también para el portátil de mi pareja. Recomiendo no plegar-lo fuera de las posiciones normales porque a la larga dejara de aguantar.

Ich nutze bereits das Snap-On Wallet für mein iPhone 13 und bin begeistert von dem Produkt. Der Laptop Stand hingegen scheint nicht vollkommen durchdacht zu sein. Wenn ich das Notebook anstelle (egal welche der beiden Winkelstufen) berührt die untere Kante meines Notebooks den Tisch. Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass diese Kante nun schnell zerkratzen wird (besonders bei dem neuen komplett schwarzen MacBook Air). Zudem wackelt das Notebook (13“) nun auf dem Stand - sowohl im ausgeklappten als auch zugeklappten Zustand. Leider enttäuschend…
