Ever since I have began doing yoga, I have desired above all, the ability to do a handstand. This eluded me for years. I read about this product in a book, and thought I had to try one. It is incredible. Easy to assemble and very solid. The first time I tried it, I was able to do the elusive handstand! I was concerned about stability, but that turned out to be for nothing. The unit is very stable and secure feeling. And I am 6'02" and 225 lbs, have a bad back, two metal knees, and zero natural balance. This take the weight off most people's weak point in this exercise...the wrists (like mine, both of which have zero cartilage left)! This bench is very versatile and will increase the possibilities in your practice exponentially. Try one! You won't be sorry.

I have always been afraid of doing headstands and would try to avoid it during yoga classes. Yeah I’m the one burying my face in a child’s pose when teacher announces the headstand pose! I thought I would try this product to help me have a feel of a headstand and hopefully get more confidence at inversion poses. I’m very happy with the quality of this product. The materials look good, it was easy to assemble and it is sturdy when assembled. I just did my first inversion using it, against the wall for now, and it is so great to be able to do it and analyze how my muscles work when doing an inversion. I discovered I can actually hold my legs up for quite a longer time than usual, who knew? I did not experience severe tension on the shoulders or compression on my chest which I would normally get when doing my usual unassisted headstands. I love it! I love how it helps boost my confidence for inversion poses. It is a bit pricey compared to same products, but I’m glad I chose this brand. The poster that came with it is also very useful. My sister who have pain on her hips is trying some of the stretch exercises. She loves it too.

Excellent padding and stability

I am rarely impressed but I’ve had this in my wish list for over a year! I couldn’t justify the price! I’m so glad I finally bought it. Packaged very thoughtfully with such care. It DOES matter, and it’s reassuring. They have a very nice little safety patent pending extra add on in the box! The safety guide and booklet itself was definitely helpful. The adjustable rubber feet are definitely more secure than just a little sticker at the bottom of the frame. I don’t think there is enough good things I can say. No comparison, worth the extra cost, it’s an investment in myself and my safety… I bought and returned the cheaper product, that sadly is competing with this one out of curiosity and fell for it. I didn’t even bother assemble it and returned it! It came in horrible packaging, I opened it and the frame sides were not the same. I wasn’t going to risk breaking my neck. The dimensions of the cushions and frame were off, it’s more of a seat than for balance, didn’t feel very safe. Don’t bother with it!

I am in love! The feet up trainer is amazing!! It took me less than 5 minutes to assemble. It is beautiful. I got this color because it was on sale and I liked the dark wood. I have wanted to purchase a feet up trainer to assist in releasing a squished disc in my back and to possibly help my cervical kyphosis ( military neck) & I have been watching the Feet up videos for weeks and when i tried to invert for the first time it was a piece of cake! So fun!! I can not wait to really do a flow. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t wobble or move at all. The “ seat” cushion is soft yet firm. I am so glad I finally ordered the feet up trainer.

Note: I do see a really popular negative review here that appears to be for a different product. I'm not sure why it's posted here, but that customer must be mistaken because the FeetUp does not have a removable cushion. When I first started doing inversions in yoga, I noticed it felt amazing on my neck and shoulders, but holding the poses are extremely difficult. I know that will ease up over time, but I wanted relief sooner. I struggle with TMJ disorder (jaw misalignment, basically) and also Vocal Cord Disorder. This feels amazing because not only does it take pressure off your head, but also the weight in on your shoulders so you get a nice lengthening of the neck. It feels amazing. When I was first researching inversion products, I first sprung for a much less expensive knock off. When I kept looking, though, I regretted my decision because the FeetUp is so much better constructed and also has more room for your hands and lifts your head higher up off the ground than the cheapos. Because of the extra space and design, you can do more poses on the FeetUp. It's also more aesthetically pleasing, in my opinion. Fortunately I was able to return the cheap one and get a FeetUp. No regrets.

I love this product. Very sturdy. I got up into headstand one the first try- great core workout, and awesome addition to my yoga practice! Can second as a laptop desk, or a stool to sit on. I did have one issue... as soon as I put it together and used it for the first time, the rubber stopper on the bottom came off. I put them back in several times, but they come off every time I use it. I am using an adhesive to attach the rubber stopper to the screws, hopefully that will fix the problem.

This is such fun and a great challenge. First go I was up. I highly recommend this. It’s really safe and sturdy.
