just unscrew bottom post/ screw on a small arca Swiss plate/ now i can put it on all my arca Swiss family of tripods/and my Cabela's fluid head window mount spotting scope ,that i cut quick attach off and screwed arca Swiss base to /used mostly for my Sony camcorder/ just saying once you switch over to arca Swiss, you will never go back to thumb release tripod. wish they cut weight in 1/2

We are very active predator hunters. We only use Bog products. This clicked easily into my existing sticks to replace the previous part. This was a nice upgrade.

The item I received was the correct one. Item 735555, The large wide one for those who are worried about prior comments about receiving the wrong small model.

I used this to kill oryx at 300 yards. No natural rests in the desert. This was great, but one must practice to get used to shooting off sticks.

It worked very well with the older bog pod very happy with it

Picture does not show how big this monster actually is!! Would have sent it back but I am on my way to a hog hunt and need it. Going to use a hacksaw to cut off 2 or 3 inches on the rest part. WOW!!!

The picture is of the wide-U shooting rest but the description is for the mini-U shooting rest. They need to get the right photo for the description, this is wrong so don't expect to get the shooting rest in the picture, you'll get the mini which is completely opposite of what you want.
