Capehart Suitcase Style 3-speed Stereo Turntable with Built-in Speakers (Red)

I have a stack of records that I wanted to hear for nostalgia purposes, and so only wanted a budget player. First bought a Jensen that quit before the sound even came out. After returning that, I bought this little cutie as an even cheaper alternative. I love it! The sound is good through the built-in speakers, but the records are amazing when the sound is run through my home theater system. It is easy to use and far more automated than the one I remember growing up. Not all my records are in great shape, but only a couple of the worst ones have issues with skipping- and in just one song each. I'm pretty thrilled with the quality of this machine for the low price I paid.

I purchased this turntable for my little sister for Christmas. She loves it! I helped her set it up, which was very easy. It is mostly self-explanatory but anything you need to know is in the instruction manual. The sound quality is great. She got the red suitcase and the color is lovely and rich. It arrived in great condition as well. It's compact enough to fit in smaller rooms without looking out of place but big enough to be used not only as a functional piece, but as a decorative piece as well. We would recommend!

If I could leave less than one star I would. A cheap, worthless product. I bought this for my daughter's dorm room. This looked to be pink in the picture. She loves pink, but this was more maroon out of the box. We purchased multiple albums to have for her new "collection". I tried three of them and had nothing but skips throughout. I even tried the old "tape a penny to the cartridge" trick and it still didn't work. I bought this in early July, but only opened it today in her dorm room. I'm very disappointed to learn that it is past the return policy for Amazon. Absolutely the biggest waste of money for any product I have bought on Amazon.

Got this for my boyfriend for christmas. It was such a great price and I'm really impressed with the quality. He is very happy with it also! Sound is great on it!

It's not horrible and it's not great. A true 3 star item. Some records skip even if they play great on a real hifi set. Other records play just fine but lack all forms of bottom end. It's a cheaply built version of your childhood fisher price record player.

Very good, gets really loud despite speaker size . very pleased with the quality of this product. Worth the money

Only buy this if you plan on never playing a vinyl. It looks good, but the distortion in the sound (using built in speakers, headphones, and stereo speakers) is unbearable. Do not buy.
