Review: Multiple use cases; it works!!! - Simple hook with ratcheting mechanism that locks the nylon string in place to the desired length by just pulling the other end of the string. To release just use the unlock tab and the string can be restored to the original length. Setup is simple…just run one end of the provided nylon chord through the opening that has the arrow pointing and pull it through the other end. There are number of use cases for this device especially for tying the stuff together or fastening or simply to hang something. I primarily purchased it for camping but have used to hang my brake calipers to the suspension strut while replacing the brakes on my car. One thing I was surprised is that the item came in a ziplock with no fancy packing or shrink wrap. It definitely works!!!!
