Herb Pharm, Lemon Balm Alcohol Free, 1 Fl Oz

I have been taking this consistently for almost two weeks and I have actually seen an increase in my heart rate variability. The calming effect is mild but noticeable, especially at night. I take 1 to 1.5 droppers in a glass of water and drink it all at once. At first I added 2 droppers to a water bottle and sipped it throughout the day, but that gave me headaches. Taking it all at once works much better, because if I do get a headache it is not lasting all day. Lowering the dose from 2 droppers to 1 or 1.5 droppers also helped. Sometimes I do not get a headache at all. Overall this has been worth it for me and I will continue to purchase

Herb Pharm has hands down, the best herbal extracts. I used to take their rhodiola capsules as a tea, and it was fragrant and amazing. This is my first liquid extract from them, and lemon balm is incredible for relief from constant stress. I am honestly thrilled with the effectiveness, now one thing is the flavor is a bit like molasses but, it’s a pleasant and sweet flavor. Mixing it in juice, smoothies, protein shakes and you wouldn’t even taste it. I put it in my protein shake, it was a great mix! This bottle is a good 2fl ounces, so it will last you a good while, and it’s organic and has nothing but natural stuff in it so it’s perfect for those of us wanting only the real deal and nothing we don’t need.

The product is packed well, protected and came fast. Good quality. calms the nervous system immediately.

I feel the benefits but it’s so hard to deal with the taste!

I use a whole dropper in my green tea in the evening and can barely taste it. I take L-theanine at the same time and it really helps me stay calm while playing my stressful video game.

My daughter has taken this for anxiety and it seems to work to have a calming effect. We filled small glass containers with juice in the fridge so she could just add the drops when she was ready to take it.

Lemon Balm is a wonderful calmative for me. The alcohol free base is perfect and I have it every morning with lemon juice. Wouldn't be without it!
