Do not buy
We have had this trampoline mat for four months and it is starting to tear. The stitching around the fabric that connects to the springs have fallen off. This started to happen a month ago. It was just one now I have springs everyday falling on the ground. I do don't suggest this product if you are active on your trampoline. It's dangerous.

Mat too small. Destroyed my frame!
Trampoline Replacement Jumping Mat, fits for 13 FT. Round Frames with 72 V-Rings, Using 5.5" Springs -MAT ONLYThe box stated the exact size I ordered, however after I began attaching springs, the mat seemed really tight and the springs stretched quite far. With 4 springs to go, my entire trampoline crumpled. Now I have a pile of junk for my trampoline. Very frustrated! After removing the mat, I measured it at 131". That is a full 2 feet smaller than the frame diameter!

DO NOT BUY - fell apart after using for just one summer!?! Warranty only good for 90 Days!
DO NOT BUY THIS MAT!! This trampoline mat is poorly constructed, and quite unsafe. The mat only lasted 1 summer!?! Our trampoline springs are covered by a trampoline pad, as recommended by the manufacturer, and is kept in a covered garage during the winter months. Even with the extra care, the tramp mat began falling apart after using it for only 1 season. As many other reviewers have stated, the stitching that holds the V-rings to the mat began to come apart, and springs began coming detached. While my children were playing on the trampoline, the springs began to fall off. I am quite disappointed. The trampoline is only used by my 2 young children, and is not used excessively. The item should last longer than a few months!? (The trampoline looks brand new, still... except where the stitching has begun to unravel.)I reached out to Upper Bounce to inquire if they will replace the defective item. Their reply email stated the trampoline mat was only guaranteed for 90 days, and they would not replace the mat. This is quite disappointing. With the many negative reviews left on amazon regarding the same defective issue, I have to believe Upper Bounce is aware their product is sub-par. Unfortunately, they do not value their customers or reputation enough to make things right with their customers. Spend the extra money - buy a mat that is better constructed & carries a warranty that is longer than 90 days.Upper Bounce Trampoline Jumping Mat fits for 14-Feet Round Frame with 96 V-Ring for 8.5-Inch Springs

I am very disappointed with this mat
I am very disappointed with this mat! I bought this to replace our original mat that was three years old. The original mat had been left on for three years, through the Arizona seasons (mild weather for a few months to blazing hot for the rest of the year) without a problem. It was in the elements and worked well for those three years. But when the sun finally killed it, it was time to replace it. We bought this mat and it was wonderful for the first six months. Then we took it down at the beginning of May this year to protect it from the non-stop sun and heat. We put the tramp and mat together at the end of October this year and almost immediately, it started to break. The part that attaches the mat to the spring tore! Our kids had only jumped on it a few times before it tore. Now there are four torn pieces. It is now to dangerous to use. Thanks a lot.

I contacted Upper Bounce and they said they would be happy to sell me another one at discount
Well, this product lasted just over a year. I believe they expect it to only last a year. My original mat lasted 7 years in Utah 4 seasons, cold winters and hot summers. I contacted Upper Bounce and they said they would be happy to sell me another one at discount, I suggest finding a better mat and even if it cost more go with it. Also see if you can find one with more than a one year warranty (Unlikely). I know that the mat is the correct size as I measured it based on the instruction from Upper Bounce. So I know it is not an issue with the size. Unless there are other factors I am unaware of, I'm just really disappointed it only lasted just beyond a year and that Upper Bounce did nothing more than a small discount. (They are really nice about it over email, but I guess what do you tell someone who reports defects in there mat).

Don't waste your money
Not very good quality. I waited a few months before rating this. Within a few days the seams of the D rings started stretching. Now, a few months later, the outside edge of the mat has a bad rippled effect. Don't think this one will last very long.

Torn after 1 year
After only one year, our oldest daughter fell right through it. I mean literally was jumping and then was on the ground as the mat tore where she landed. Thankfully she was not hurt. I would not recommend this to anyone. It is not worth the risk of an injured loved one.

Fits perfectly, but short life.
The mat fits my bazongi trampoline perfectly, and was shipped faster than I expected. It's been out in the Colorado sun for a year now, and looks brand-new. It's as least as good as the original mat, maybe better.Amended: Wow, I have to lower my rating now that it's been a full year in the sun, and it has disintegrated. All of the spring attachments have rotted and broken. It's apparently made from material that is not UV-resistant :(.
