It is effective, however; there is a but. I like this stuff due to the size, not the value. I would encourage you to look at the ingredients and maybe search for other brands with them. It may be possible to find something with the same ingredients and percentages that is double the amount for less money. The good....It does help, very string compared to many other brands. It feels fine after it dries. I can apply and shortly after take a golf swing. You can't do the same with sunscreen for example. I do like that it is a small 2oz size. I keep one in my golf bag, bowling bag, and fishing gear.

Bought this for my dad, who has bad back pain from an accident. It helps him with the pain. It usually takes a little over a week to get to Ontario, which is fine.
