A very good deal. It runs fast and cool. The SSHD is only a half TB, but it's not a main machine here, so I'll never fill it. It did arrive with a WIFI adapter in one of the rear USB ports, and it logged in easily. I'll be running it on ethernet anyway. I mentioned it because people complained about the lack of a $10 dongle. The Linux Mint installation promptly got rid of the Windows 11, and the sun is shining and bluebirds are singing and there are rainbows and unicorns, without Microsoft.

This is a nice little machine. It boot super fast with the NV drive. There’s not any room for expansion except to replace the primary drive. Other than that, it’s solid little machine. I had to buy this an alert in order to run TurboTax. Still not happy about that, but that doesn’t have anything to do with the device. Inexpensive and it works quite well couldn’t beat this price anywhere that I’ve seen. Probably only good for home. Computing are regular office work. Not really suited for heavy duty applications.

The computer, in and of itself, is proving to be very good, as I would expect from Dell. However, it 'loses' a star because the entity who refurbished it did not include a decent wifi tab/connector. The included wifi would only pull 10 to 12 mbps (yes, you read that correctly), which is actually unable to adequately pull anything from the internet. To remedy this, it was necessary that I purchase a separate wifi connector that brought the download to 100 to 120 mbps. As a footnote and as a result of my experience is setting up my new goodie, I find I am not a fan of Windows 11, and the more I interact with it, the more I realllly don't like it at all.

I needed a computer for email and internet. This computer meets my needs. It runs quiet and I am happy with it. I would recommend to friends and family!

Hard drive failed after 6 months. When I replaced with a new hard drive it would not allow me to install windows 11. It said processor was not compatible.

It's very compact. the value for money was good, the setup wasn't bad, boot time was revolutionary, storage capacity is enough for most users, and noise level was quiet as heck

The computer is just what we expected. Looks new and seems to run like it should. No issues.

Works pretty well. Speed and functionality are not that much of an improvement over my previous WIN10 pc. Very difficult to "wake up" after leaving idle for awhile. Basically, have to completely restart. Machine is also not as fast as my previous on startup. Might just be a function of WIN11 software needing to load. Transfer of most software was pretty seamless. Overall, speed is not that great, slower than my WIN10 refurbished. Also, doesn't have Bluetooth like I thought it did.

Al ser reacondicionada, tenía mis dudas. Pero quedé más que satisfecho, el equipo lo adquirí para equipo de oficina, y trabaja estupendo, con muy buenas características, sin duda recomendado, pues es un muy buen equipo a precio accesible

Se me reiniciaba al principio resetee de fábrica y sin ningún problema llevo usándola un año en mi oficina y solo una vez se me ha reiniciado. La computadora vuela por el precio, excelente producto

El equipo funciona perfectamente, y las condiciones externas son muy buenas incluye un teclado y un mouse muy sencillos (basicos)

A las 4 horas de uso dejo de reconocer el teclado y así pasaba con los teclados que se le conectaban, pensé que sería cosa de drivers, pero ni así logre hacerlos funcionar
