Brainwavz M2 in-Ear Headphones

Awesome pair of in-ear headphones. Probably the best in its price range. I have used many in last 5 years, Senheiser CX180, Soundmagic PL21, Soundmagic E10, Tekfusion twinwoofers etc. I liked the twinwoofers the most. But M2 is 100 times better in sound quality and 10 times better in construction and comfort. Go for it :)

Been more than 1 year that i've been using these earphones. Although the sound quality is upto the mark. I want to say that the build quality of these is very bad. I have replaced these 3 times since i bought it as it was under warranty. They replaced each time with an entirely new set(props to that). So i have used 3-4 brand new pieces (sealed boxes) and the longest they lasted me was 3-4 months. Even though i kept them with utmost care, It's just that their build quality is the worst. Everytime one piece suddenly stops producing sound. These are still under warranty but i would prefer to buy something else instead.

Delivery: Came within 3 days. excellent considering it was shipped from Bangalore. Packing was very done very well, to keep it safe. Sound: Sound is Amazing!!!!! Its crystal clear, not too bassy and not too much of treble, just right. Mids and Lows are excellent. If you are watching a movie, the vocals are crystal clear even though you are travelling in a crowded train or stuck in traffic as the sound isolation is awesome. Bass is nice and tight, just perfect not too much and because of that the sound is so clear. Its gives you a wide sound and not that compact type of sound what the cheap sennheisers or sonys or skull candy's have. I used a pair of sennheisers before this and let me tell you, BRAINWAVZ just takes you to another level. It can be compared to the high end Denons and NAD's as well. I was in 2 minds whether to take this or take the Brainwavz S1, as that looks better and that has a microphone too but where sound is concerned, I am sure M2's are any day better, so I dont care that much when it comes to Microphone, I just need the sound to be perfect and I got that. Its quiet sturdy, wire has a nice plastic coating around it, so it wont tear up like the sennheisers and its tangle free, so there you go saving min 2 to 3 mins everytime, you take you earphones out. It has a nice hard case, so you can make full use of it to keep it safe. If you are looking for a nice budget earphones with good sound, go for brainwavz M2 as it costs 3500 but its totally worthed and I dont think you will get anything else better than that for this price.

Not a good fit. Cable is a bit stiff, sound is ok, but very average, i read the reviews and was expecting a better overall experience.

Great sounding headphones but quality does not pass muster- it stopped working for one ear after a year of moderate use.

They are just as described on the box. Box was a bit torn but that was fine. Manufactured date : Dec '16. Product is brand new and original. Sound is smooth and you can listen for hours. Bass is detailed and very good. A beautiful IEM with a powerful base, warm mids and smooth highs. Lets see how much it lasts.

just bought the Brainwavz M2 on the basis of this review and I am left speechless after listening to music through these earphones. These are the worst pair of earphones that I have ever experienced, period! the music is ghastly when experienced through these. neither is the claim that it is the bass king correct. my Mi In-Ear Pro headphones which cost me 999 have a much better bass response, not to mention clarity. I am aghast at the shockingly inaccurate assessment of these earphones. preference of how one likes their music is a very subjective choice, just like the taste in food. however, there can be no denying that garbage will taste like garbage and will not be palatable. the same is the case with these earphones. And half an hour after writing his review, the left earpiece stopped working. Either I'm jinxed or there's something seriously wrong with the product.

Pretty good pair of IEMs with a handy list of accessories. Carry bag, extra tips with one pair of Comply tips and shirt clip. Great V shaped sound with emphasis on bass. Recessed vocals. Good fit when proper tip is applied. Sturdy cables with strain reliefs. The only issue that I can see is the memory wire. It tends to retains its shape, so it's all twisted when you take it out of the case. Not a big issue in my opinion. Performance improves with amp, but not absolutely necessary.

Estupendo producto con un sonido de alta calidad. Muy util los accesorios que incorpora, 2 juegos de almohadillas de distintos tamaños, pinza de sujeción para el cable y una funda para guardarlos junto con el reproductor. Soy usuario de sennheiser cx300-II y he de señalar que la calidad de sonido que ofrecen estos auriculares está muy por encima. Los suelo utilizar con el reproductor Sandisk junto con la aplicación RockBox.

Ayant cassé mes q-jays et ne voulant pas réinvestir autant dans une paire de bons intras, j'ai découvert ceux-ci sur un forum et décidé de les essayer. Et je ne suis pas déçu : packaging complet, bons sons et les embouts sont confortables. À ce prix là, c'est presque inespéré. Petit point négatif, le point d'attache entre l'écouteur et le fil a tendance à se désolidariser après 8 mois, mais le problème est seulement esthétique pour l'instant.

... super Klang und mehr gibt es auch nicht zu sagen. bin zufrieden und werde den Brainwavz M2 weiterempfehlen !

Best headphones you'll get for under $100 category and cheaper than most of them. Will rival any other brand (esp. klipsch s4, I think this headphone is better because of a nice, punchy bass that I like whereas at s4 is too neutral).

after doing a bit of research on various different forums (headfi.org being the main source), i decided to take the plunge and try the Brainwavz. i previously owned some sennheiser cx-300 II's (a genuine pair) which after 2 years had finally given up the ghost. I liked the 300's and thought they were a good deal for the price i paid (£30 if i remember correctly). After seeing the price of the brainwavz i thought i would be buying some very similar headphones. i was wrong! these headphones are clearly in a different league to the price that they sport. sound quality: i listen to a lot of electronic music and what i noticed straight away is that these headphones have a very warm sound. the natural sounding elements are really brought to the foreground and sound lovely on the ears (house music in particular). but thats not to say that the M2's lack in other departments. There is a good amount of bass (not too much as i sometimes found with the cx300's) and the highs sound nice and clear. the soundstage is also significantly improved! melodies that sounded slightly blurred and unspectacular now shine in all their glory, which has made me appreciate tracks that i had little appreciation for. I'm very happy with the sound of the M2's, i really do prefer them to the sennheisers. build quality: equally as impressive as the sound! the cable is thick and strong, which doesn't get tangled easily. the rubber grommets are colour coded (a useful feature!) which feel very strong and durable. The headphones themselves are made out of metal rather than plastic, so i get the impression that they could take some degree of abuse. The headphones also come with a free 1 year warranty, which is a nice touch! i cant really think of any negatives. if i had paid £50 for these i would still be impressed!
