Dries SO fast! I love it so much! First time using it so I will see how it lasts. It only feels tacky if I touch my two nails together shortly after they are dried. But after a couple hours I can touch my nails together and they are very soft feeling and very shiny. I added it over my Sally Hansen Diamond Strength "Diamonds and Rubies" colour. I still have to see how long it takes before it will chip or wear off, but if I get a week I am happy. One thing for sure is that when I don't have a topcoat on I bump my nails on things and it leaves streaks from the polish. The topcoat prevents me from marking up my books and other things.
