My son uses this book for his saxophone lessons at school. Seems to be a good tool for new learners.

I was able to teach myself at the beginner level using this book. Well written with good exercises and instructions.

If you are familiar with the publishing house, you get exactly what you receive when purchasing. Book arrived on time. A great learning resource if you have access to resources that direct self learning, or if you are taking lessons.

Książka ma (w zależności od wersji) płytę lub materiał do pobrania online (przy pomocy dołączonego kodu) z podkładami. Ja jestem zachwycony i moi uczniowie także.

I have previous experience with a clarinet (in jr. high - 1.5 decades ago) so I do already have a base knowledge of playing a woodwind instrument, despite never having played a saxophone previously. For me, this was great for a refresher and practice on my new instrument. I would always recommend learning with an instructor to develop your base knowledge of reading/playing music but if you're just switching instruments, this is a great book to get. If you don't have a base knowledge and want to risk completely self-teaching, this is probably a good book to do it with, but again, my recommendation would be to learn first with an instructor.
