This Torah has text with vowels and trop. It is a 'toy torah' and I am convinced it is especially useful for Bar / Bat Mitzvah Training. The text is clear and it can also be used for the weekly readings of the Torah Portions. Be blessed! Psalm 122:6-9

What is that metal thing on the Torah?

It is a thin metal plate that has a crown on the top and the tablet of the ten commandments below with a lion on each side. I am not sure of it's purpose, It seems decorative. It is connected by a chain for hanging.
