How can I program the buttons?

It says in the listing, go to the website and download the software for it: 3.If you need to customize buttons or lights, you can download the drive software via Zelotes.cn

When i plug in the mouse it won't work. it says the usb device is not recognised. nothing i have done makes it connect. any advice? windows 10 user

You might be pluging the mouse into a USB 3.0 connector and maybe the mouse doesn't support USB 3. Try a USB 2.0 connector. If it still doesn't work then send it back.

Can you program the buttons for a mac?

Although I purchased this for my son’s gaming laptop. It does state that it is mac compatible in the booklet/ instructions. I hope you found this helpful
