I have been fostering a momma cat and she loved this stuff before she gave birth and continues to drink it now after she has had her kittens. This is great because I know she is getting plenty of the nutrients she needs to pass along to her kittens through her own milk.To give momma cat a break since she had a big litter, I thought I would try to feed this to the kittens. They all took one whiff of it and then shook their heads like they had just smelled something awful--like a human baby will when you try to feed it something it finds disgusting. lol Very cute but not good if you want them to drink this. (To be fair, they did the same thing to the KMR so it is probably the same way with all formulas.)I think that in instances where there is no mother cat, this stuff would be good enough and the kittens would accept it, but my kittens are spoiled by the real thing.I would recommend this over products like KMR because the ingredients are just better and the kittens and momma cat will be able to digest it better. My momma cat, while drinking KMR, was having the worst smelling bowel movements! Now that she's drinking the Pro-Biolac, it has gotten considerably better which tells me she is able to digest this much more efficiently. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the extra money - good for undersize adult cats as well. *by B***L on Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2016* Purchased for my 3 year old stray who did not get proper kitten care as a baby from original caregiver. Cuppy is small and had 7 babies so I wanted to boost her nutrition. I've used the other 2 major brands in the past but after reading negative reviews decided to give this a try. Glad I did! Cuppy loved it, and I fed it to her 2-3 times a day mixed with coconut milk. She actually grew about 2 inches longer!!! and is much healthier looking and her kittens are healthy and plump. It has given her the extra boost she needs to deal with such a large litter. I will be buying more in the future just to keep boosting her nutrition until she achieves her right size. She looks great. Well worth the extra money! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ best kitten formula *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 2, 2015* we give this to our handicapped cat as a treat every night. He loved it so much when we found him as a kitten and still looks forward to it everyday. Poor little guy had to have a bilateral FHO when he was only a few months old do to a birth defect in his hip. He also has CH which unfortunately is causing him not to be able to walk again since the surgery. He only weighed 5 ounces we I found him on the side of the road. He was probably abandoned by his mother because she knew he had issues and wasn't normal. The vet said he was near death. After about a week on the formula his great personality started showing. He purrs all the time!
