I bought this specifically to use on my face at night after damaging my skin barrier from overdoing active skincare products. Even though it’s technically a diaper rash cream, it ended up working surprisingly well as an overnight barrier cream for dry, irritated skin. The texture is very thick and rich, so I only use a small amount as the last step in my nighttime routine. It creates a protective layer that helps lock in moisture overnight, and by morning my skin usually feels calmer, softer, and less tight. I noticed it helped a lot with flaky areas around my cheeks and nose. I also like that it doesn’t have a heavy fragrance or that burning feeling some skincare products can cause when your skin is already irritated. It does leave a greasy finish, but since I only use it before bed, that doesn’t really bother me. The tube is on the smaller side, but because the formula is so thick, a little goes a long way. I wouldn’t personally use this during the day or under makeup, but for nighttime skin barrier support it’s been really helpful.

I use this on my granddaughter‘s bottom. She tends to break out when eating any kind of tomato based, any red sauce. It clears it up quickly and is easy to put on and is not greasy.

I applied it after the evening routine and again right before sleep as a preventative layer. By the next morning, things looked noticeably calmer, even after a full overnight stretch.
