I recently purchased your product Methyl B-12 & Folate (Vitamin B6, Methyl Folate & Vitamin B12). While I appreciate the formulation and health benefits it offers, I would like to share some feedback regarding the packaging quality. I noticed that the outer sachet packaging appeared slightly worn/dirty and not very sturdy, which may affect the overall consumer experience. Since supplements are directly related to health, the quality and safety of the packaging play an important role in building confidence and trust in the product. I kindly suggest that the packaging material and sealing process be improved to ensure: • Better protection from external dirt, moisture, and damage. • A cleaner and more hygienic look. • A more premium and safe feel in line with the product’s purpose. I hope you will consider this feedback for future batches to enhance customer satisfaction.

I cannot take huge pills and capsules as I am such a sensitive being to smell and taste. I need to make sure that the supplements I am taking are not bad smelling or bad in taste. Most of the b12 supplements are capsules or pills which makes me very uncomfortable. I just cannot swallow those enormous pills and capsules. I was so glad to see that this b12 supplement is far different from the other capsules or pills already existing the market, they are chewables! It was such a relief to find these and not only the form is great but also the results it had on me are just amazing. 1 chewable a day and my energy levels were up, I didn't feel as tired as I used to, my coping mechanism got better, I am able to handle stress in a much much better way and my brain activity is also great! No more zoning out and lack of focus. What a wonderful product with exceptionally good health benefits!
