Siglent Technologies SPD1305X Programmable DC Power Supply 1 Channel,30 V / 5 A,150W

This is my 2nd Siglent power supply and third piece of Siglent test equipment that I now own. I purchased this supply because I needed a single channel DC bench supply to compliment my existing 3 channel (SP3303X-E) Siglent supply. I am very happy with both of my Siglent supplies! I compared features with Rigol, BK, Owan, etc. and came back to Siglent as it had all of the features that I wanted in a very reasonably priced DC bench supply. The LCD display is excellent and well designed so as to be able to easily read the set and actual DC voltage and current readings. This supply also has 2/4 wire sense capabilities which is great for accurately setting and measuring the V/A's for testing higher current devices. It also has an ethernet interface which you typically don't see at this price point. I've been quite pleased with the Siglent test equipment I've been using so far, and I expect no less from this supply as well. Good stuff!

Everything functions as it should and this doesn't have the same overshoot problems as other power supplies. The interface makes sense and is not hard to navigate. Buttons feel good and the unit is also nice and quiet.

So far i like every thing about it. I use it for a lab bench supply.

I am a serious electronics hobbiest and that makes this a perfect fit for me. I can't really see myself spending top notch dough for Agilent or whatever, its advantages would probably be lost on me. For a hobbiest or someone messing with electronics, Siglent completely rules the school. It works as advertised, the VISA stuff works (I use it with Pi-VISA) and overall I am very happy with this power supply.

I use it to charge my EH5 lithium. Outstanding build quality. You can feel it in every button press. I set it to charge at 0.100a and walk away. It'll charge to 15.6v like I tell it to and hold it there rock solid for as long as I want. It is only a 5a but I like slow charging much better than fast charging anyway so 5a is more than enough for me. It makes other chargers I've had in the past look like happy meal toys in comparison. Perfect 5 stars

Very low noise. This is my new go to supply for powering low noise analog circuits.

I received the power supply and today and it is providing no output at all. The instructions say it is supposed to be in CV mode when turning on. Mine stays at CC. I will be returning the unit. This is the first and last Siglent product I will be buying. Very disappointed. I needed the power supply this weekend.

Product arrived and works with zero issues, but be aware the calibration will probably be out of date. Mine was from 2019!

The product arrived surprisingly early...next day after order. I did not have time to test all the features, but it does execute CV and CC with precision. Happy so far!

Pro: L'alimentatore è molto stabile e preciso sia in corrente che in tensione. Utile la funzione di temporizzazione che cicla su 5 impostazioni. Contro: Le memorie (tensione e corrente) non si richiamano con facilità. Occorrono otto/dieci pressioni di tasti ed encoder, cosa che fa passare la voglia di utilizzare questa funzionalità, preferendo la modifica diretta dei valori da erogare. I cavi forniti sono scadenti nella scelta dei materiali, conduttori rigidi e coccodrilli piccoli e con rivestimento anch'esso rigido, di quelli che a lungo andare diventano un blocco di pietra. Nel complesso è un buon apparecchio.

Funciona correctamente y su estética es muy apropiada, su pantalla informa adecuadamente y precisamente.

Esencial en mi trabajo!!!

I have numerous quality bench power supplies, and this Siglent doesn't disappoint. I mostly remotely control it over the LAN, using Python, to do various experiments. It has been working flawlessly for me, always responding to remote commands as directed. I have several pieces of Siglent bench test equipment, and I have been very happy with the quality/features they offer for the price.
