Cook's Pure Chocolate Extract for Baking, 4 oz | Rich cocoa flavor for cakes, cookies, frostings & beverages; a little goes a long way

This chocolate extract adds a nice pleasant chocolate flavor to my baked goods.

Very good chocolate flavor. Enhances my cookies at 1% flour basis and 1% for my cake flour basis. Good shipping and would would buy again.

I’ve come to love and more importantly trust Cook’s extracts. I’ve tried a few flavors now and yet to be disappointed.

I use this, along with coffee crystals, to make a delicious mocha cheesecake fat bomb for my (very) low carb diet. As for using it, exclusively, for chocolate flavor, it doesn't give that true chocolate flavor or feel. I have used it with a minimal amount of cocoa powder with some success for making hot buttered cocoa.

I used this to make ice cream. All you can taste from this extract is Alcohol. No way does it taste anything like chocolate. I am tossing this in the trash.

Very useful, with a great taste and flavor to my dishes. But man, these things are expensive.

Delicious chocolate flavor! I’m using it in hot tea and love the deep chocolate flavor it adds, especially to peppermint tea. Can’t wait to bake with this extract, as well.

Bought this based on the great reviews. I add it to unsweetened greek style yogurt for a 0 Weight Watches point snack. I do not find this to taste that much like chocolate. It's not bad, just not what I was hoping for. Will update as I've used more.
