Description : The 33210A/002 CAL from Keysight Technologies is a 10MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator with 14bit, 50MSa/s, 1mHz to 3MHz, 8K-point arbitrary waveform generator option. The waveforms are generated using DDS technology which creates stable, accurate low distortion sine waves as well as square waves with fast rise and fall times up to 10MHz and linear ramp waves up to 100KHz. The 33210A/002 can generate variable edge time pulses up to 5MHz.
