i need a small 5a 250v fuse will these work or were can i get some?

Order them online, you’ll get enough to never have to buy them again. For cheap.

I would say no. We bought these to replace fuse in Vornado fan, and fuses were too big. Our fan needs fuses similar to Christmas light fuses.
