Women's Easy Reader Watch

Have been wearing this watch style for over 35+ years. Love that you can push the button to see time in the dark, its not digital, battery last a year or longer, easy to read & I like the look of it. My only issue is that the watch band doesn't last anywhere as long as the watch & its getting harder to find replacements for them unless you go to jewelry store If you have had it for a while it's just cheaper to buy another new one You can have the more expensive watches these are little work horses that do not disappoint.

I was not sure about ordering a used but restored watch. When the order arrived I was pleased at how well it was wrapped and it was in, what appeared to be, the original box. The watch had a brand new wrist band and it was tight and showed no signs of wear. The watch itself was pristine with no scratches or marks. I was pleased to see that the watch also contained a correct and working battery. I set the time and it waited a few hours to see if it kept good time. It was correct, to the second. I am very pleased with the service from this seller and with the watch itself. High marks all round.

Love this basic watch, you can’t go wrong either a Timex!

Watch is great - accurate. I always love having a second hand. My eyesight is poor and so I can't see the date without my magnifying glass - but that is a problem of mine, not of the watch. This watch is an "Easy Reader". Black hands and numbers on a white face and the gold second hand is also easy to see, in part because it is moving! I should have gotten the men's watch which I assume has a larger date display. My previous watch was the men's version - and also a Timex but without a date display. I appreciate the light-up feature. With the push of the stem I can read the time in the dark of night. The watch band is not as good as it should be. The little leather strip that supposedly holds down the loose end of the band slips and the loose end doesn't stay put. Also the band is a little stiff which means the band does not curve enough to let it encircle the wrist softly - and that allows the watch to move around to the other side of my wrist. My previous Timex watch did the same thing so I bought a replacement band that worked better. Maybe I'll do the same again. In any case I expect this watch will "keep on ticking". (My old Timex lasted about 7 years, even taking showers with me.) Great watch for a great price.

You can't go wrong with this watch. Perfect size for woman's wrist, provides calendar day number, and the best part...the Indiglo option. I just press the button and the watch face is illuminated. Great for when in theaters or dark areas, including if waking up and wondering what time of night it is. The watch lasts years. Can't remember when I purchased this gold-rimmed version. I purchase replacement straps as needed and replace them myself.

I've been purchasing this style for many years & keep coming back for more in different band colors. It is my go to style. Fits my small wrist, the face is easy to read, it has a second hand for counting up to a minute, lights up in the dark with a push of the side button, easy to set the time. I hope it keeps being made for many years to come.

Very nice watch.

Bought as a gift for my daughter. Size is great, perfect for her wrist. Dial is clear and easy to read too. Packaging was a single plastic bag, definitely sub-par, as the plastic holder had broken into several pieces. The indiglo function needs to be properly quality-checked too. At first glance it looked okay, but it does not properly cover the entire watch face. There seems to be a dead zone below the 6 o’clock digit. I’ve looked at other reviews and noted this is not an isolated issue. My daughter doesn’t seem to mind too much, but it would bother me no end.
