JeNu Ultrasonic Infuser, Silver

I suppose it's too soon to tell. I received the product a month ago (June 8, 2015) I guess you have to use the product and the infuser for awhile. Not impressed so far.There was no return label in the packaging. The instructions for use were very poor. I think I have "BUYERS REMORSE" . I am quite disappointed. But I have it and I shall continue to use it. It was quite expensive and I should have known better than to fall for the hype.

I was really intrigued about this product when I came across it on Amazon. I am in my late 40's and I use a lot of eye serums and creams to help with patchy dry skin around my eyes. When I read about this infuser and how it can enhance the efficacy of my current products, it just seemed too good to be true. It's a very easy product to handle. First, you need to clean your face and then apply your facial products as you normally would. Then, you apply the ultrasonic gel onto the infuser and in a circular motion, you just work the infuser into the areas you want to focus on. I focused on my outer and lower eye areas where I have dry spots and wrinkles. After about a week or so of using this product consistently, I have to say that the areas around my eyes look and feel firmer. My skin feels so hydrated that I could feel the difference between the areas on my face where I did and didn't use the infuser. So now, I use the infuser on all areas of my face. This past winter it has been dry, rainy, and cold and my skin really got dry. Just using my face creams alone didn't really give me results. By using the infuser, I feel that the face creams don't just sit on top of my skin. I feel that the hydration absorbs deeper into the skin now that I use the infuser. What a clever product this is!

I really like the device and it is working good on my skin but it will not hold a charge for over 2 minutes!

I purchased this and used it for about 31/2 weeks and didn't see any effects. I am 53 and used it for the wrinkles around my eyes and mouth. It just stopped working one day even though I kept it full charged and it was too late for return. The power button just stopped working. I think this is a scam.

I am tempted to return this product even though I haven't even used it yet! I only gave it "two stars" because I had to give it something in order to write a review. The two reasons I am begging to regret this $249 purchase are: 1) I now see some pretty upsetting/negative reviews. 2) the instructions clearly state that the product must not be used without the "gel." How is it possible that the gel does not come with the product?! Who DOES that?! I understand the need to replenish the gel when it is gone, but it's absurd that one can't use this product right away. Very "cheap" on the part of the manufacturer. How much could it possible cost them to include just one tube of the gel so that the new customer can get started right away?

I am a complete skincare skeptic. Whenever I watch an ad that claims X or see a product that promises Y, I figure folks are lying. Truthfully, that's what I assumed about the JeNu as well. But I was wrong. First off, it is super-easy to use. Quick, painless, and elegant. Like a mini-facial you give yourself. Second, I felt the results in only a few days. My face felt tighter, and, dare I say younger. But my biggest thrill has come from friends and even one stranger who had no idea I was even using the JeNu. "Your skin looks so good." "What is your beauty routine?" "You are glowing!" I have suffered from lousy skin most of my life. My teen acne lasted well into my twenties, and it was only replaced by the bumps, lumps, and wrinkles that I figured were inescapable side effects of childbirth and aging. I have never been complimented on my skin. But in the month since I have been using the JeNu, I have repeatedly been called "radiant." That is proof enough for me.

i am a doctor and i like technology and this concept but i never could use it long enough without it breaking it would suddenly lose power and stop charging so i never saw results this start-up doesn't take pride in making a strong and lasting product customer service is super rude and return policy and warranty are rediculous

I like it but my fault I didn't read fine print you can't use this without the gel..which is sold separately . For the price? They should at least give you a sample if they don't include it with purchase!!! I just recd it but I can't use it because I forgot to buy gel....
