Is this product the real thing?

If by "real thing" you mean does it work, then yes it works. I have naturally straight hair so I use it on wet hair to give my hair a bit of a wave. Or I apply it on my hair before bed in braids so when I wake up my hair is super wavy. Can't tell you how it works on naturally curly hair.

Can you use it on dry hair? I need something to reset my curls a little the day after I wash and style it

I wet my hands (and sometimes run a wet comb through a particularly troublesome segment of hair or just dampen it with wet hands) then pump product into my hand and wet my hand with the product in it again, then emulsify between hands and scrunch into, run through, touch up, etc. my otherwise dry hair. Then let it air dry and scrunch or run my fingers through it again to take the crunch out. Works great.

I cannot get the pump to work... any suggestions?

Did it pop up after turning it counterclockwise several times? It does take several pumps after it pops up to get the product. You may want to contact seller and get a refund if you have tried all of these.

What is bed head foxy curl cream do for hair and who should use it

I have unruly, wavy hair. When I use this product, I can scrunch my hair to make the curls more noticeable. At the same time, it also makes my hair more defined and less unruly.
