I can't tell you how this changed my quality of life! I live in such a small space considering it is NYC! The air would always blow directly on me when trying to cook and actually had to turn it off so it would not blow out the flame on my gas stove. It made cooking in the summer impossible! I also don't like the draft I would get while sleeping. I installed it on my window AC and it was so easy thanks to so many of the pics and reviews explaining how to do! I just reversed the feet, attached the strip on the top of my AC, slipped it into the groves and it worked like a charm!

After rearranging furniture, my desk was right beside the window unit, and no matter what, it was always blowing onto me while I worked. This amazing deflector worked perfectly to divert the air above and beyond me, while letting enough cold air down to keep my area cool, still cooling the room as usual. I am so thankful to have found this. I attached it above the unit and reversed the arms to make it fit, per someone's suggestion. It adheres and is still adjustable if my husband wants the air blowing more directly on him across the room.

I wasn't sure it would work, but I was able to flip the brackets around and attach the deflector to the top of the air conditioner. It does not block the controls and it does a good job deflecting the air up toward the ceiling. The item seems a little flimsy, but once installed, it is not being moved or bumped, so it is adequate. It really helps, since our air condtioner is in a window pointing right where we sit.UPDATE: I sold the 1st air conditioner that had the wing on it, so I bought a new wing for the new air conditioner. I was glad I had the experience with the first one because the instructions were 100% in Chinese! Still works well though.

I’m so glad this exists. My window AC is so close to my face and I didn’t want to rearrange my room. This deflects the air perfectly. Keep in mind that using this with window units seems to be off label use, so there won’t be instructions for using it this way. You do have to be a little patient, take the screws out and flip it. For me it sits perfectly without having to use the double sided tape. I suggest looking at the other review pictures and reading other reviews for tips and tricks in regard to using it with window units.

Instructions completely in Chinese. Have to jury rig the entire thing. They have the corner on the market, though, so I was forced to buy this; there are not many diverters that can be affixed to a regular window A/C unit. Suffice it to say, I have rubber bands holding it on, and strict orders for no one to touch the A/C.

I had 3 issues with this product (4 when you add Daian's customer service). Note that I used it front mounted on a window AC unit.1. the adhesive does not stick properly, and started to unstick in a short amount of time (which is probably why they include a "string" to tie around it so it doesn't fall on your head. 2. the arms do not stay in place (even when nuts are tightened fully) because the whole connecting mechanism is not strong enough for the weight of the wing. 3. the wing does not stay at the angle you position it in. It will fall over time with gravity from the weight of itself and in my case it moved out of the air pathway completely, rendering it useless. 4. When I wrote to Daian with all 3 complaints, their only response was to suggest I wipe the oils off my AC unit, remove any adhesive, and repurchase new adhesive from them. They did not address any other concerns and would not take back the product.Also, note that there is only a 30 day return window for your product!! I ended up needing 30 days to try and make the product work correctly, which it did not. I did better with the piece of cardboard I had taped to the AC unit.

Might seem pricey but it’s incredibly well made, sturdy, and with a good adhesive strip.This will also work very well on a window unit as long as you reverse the position of arm bar. You just unscrew the sides and turn it around; takes less than a minute and requires no tools.

after i unscrewed the arms and switched the direction of the wing it worked perfectly for our window ac. it’s quite a thoughtful design with foam on the inside to prevent condensation. i don’t know why ac makers have the fan blades blowing straight across the room instead of up, but at least this is here to save the day. p

設置も簡単ですし、期待していた以上でした。

機能的には期待通りですが、アームの根本がとにかく貧弱です。固く締めてたら大丈夫と書かれているが完全な嘘であり、プラスチックの細い棒の爪とさらに小さな歯車状の段差で止めているに過ぎません。最低でも水平までは曲げないと役に立たないアームが、すぐに90度に垂れ下がってしまいます。カチカチカチと多段階で調整できるためにしているのかもしれませんが、設計ミスと言わざるを得ません。もっと強固に固定する仕組みがなければいけないのは素人目にもすぐに分かるはずです。現状ではエアコンのすぐ口の上（最低でも5cm以内）が平らであることを祈ってから貼り付けるか（垂れ下がることを前提にする）、後方に支え棒でも差して固定する（エアコンの後ろは確定で壁）か、アームを工作して固定する方法を考えるかの三択です。アームに滑り止めなどは効果がほぼないので諦めた方がいいです。あまりに羽が重すぎるので摩擦程度では負荷に耐えられない。工作をしたなら星5の能力があるが、初期状態だと欠陥商品もいいとこなので星3とします。
