You will have to do a bit of trial and error with the tension bar on the tube filler, but if you loosen the tensioner off all the way, then make a couple until you get it to how you want tightening the tensioner each time, it took me eight minutes to make 20

Do you need to pick the tobaco or can you put it in straight from the bag

You need to lift it out the bag and into the little hopper. It's straight forward.
