Review: LOVE IT!!! GREAT Vacuum!!! - Best $150 Ever!!! LOVE this little machine!!! We’ve been using the Eufy for about 3 months now and I’m in love with this product! We have sealed brick floors, two cats and a small dog and live in the desert. Between the dust and the pet hair this vacuum is a godsend. It makes its way through our home, sucking up hair and dirt and dust in ways. I didn’t think was possible by such an affordable machine. It makes its way around table legs under our couch along the walls in and out of rooms and returns home to its base!! So I started in the evening & wake up in the morning and it’s sitting already charged again, ready to go. It runs for about an hour. I’d say before returning to its base. Our house is very long and so the one thing I do is that I shut a couple of the doors that we don’t use a lot so that I can focus on the area as I want. Initially, I had it kind of in a hidden corner location in a small room, but that did not really work as well. I’ve now moved it in the kitchen where I wanted to focus its energy and things are going great. It returns every night to its recharging after cleaning the majority of the house. Because of the way, our house is laid out and the size I am considering getting another one just for the other end of our house. We bought this when our vacuum died and I haven’t needed to vacuum once since. I’d wanted to get one of these for a long time, but they were so expensive and we did not like the idea of entering a map to our home into a device that was on our Wi-Fi. I love that this does not connect to the Wi-Fi and all you have to do is just simply plug it in and push the power button and it will find its way around the house. I’ve watched it so many times and it does an incredible job Without needing to map our home. There have been a couple times I wanted it to specifically focus on one area and in that case, I simply blocked it from being able to leave or by shutting it in a room or just picking it up turning it around and putting it back. We are extremely happy with this little vacuum! I would buy it again in a minute, and I’m thinking about getting it as a Christmas present. I like that it alerts me if it does get stuck. There have been a couple of times it got lost before I found the right location to house the base, but none of this changes my mind about what a fabulous device it is! If you’re thinking about it, do!! Finally, the noise level is not an issue at all. We live in a very quiet place and it does not bother me at all… I’m just so happy it does such a good job. It makes my life easier!

This one outperforms them by far and it's so quiet and look at this price. It can't be beat. I can't believe the dirt, dog hair it picks up and I use it every day and it still gets a bin full. The others have 2 brushes/rollers that need constant replacement. This EUFY has only one. And I'll admit I must pull it out after each run, which takes only a second to clean to move debris from the brush. But I can do that and dump the bin in less than a minute. I'll take that any day over having to keep buying brushes. And it can be set to run on schedule if you wish. Super simple to set that up with the remote. So, if you're on the fence about a robotic vacuum and don't want to spend a fortune and still get a workhorse. This will do the job and save you tons of money in replacement brushes alone. **Q: Does it pick up cat litter?**
A: Yes! It does an excellent job on picking up litter! I have an extremely messy 9month old kitten and she constantly get litter all over the place.

**Q: I have black and white carpets that robotvacs will not go over and I live in a single story house with no stairs. Can you turn off ledge detection?**
A: Kindly advised that our RoboVac 11S Max detects with infrared ray and very dark-coloured objects/carpets absorb the ray, so the RoboVac will not be able to recognize them. If your house doesn't have a stair, you can cover the 3 drop sensors with white tape.

**Q: Which model is best for pet hair?**
A: Please use the Max mode or spot cleaning model to clean the pet hair. Also, please clean the accessories and the suction inlet more frequently if your house has the pet.

**Q: when will the accessories be available? my filter is in a blue compact and you can't remove the filter**

The filter and the dust collector for our 11S Max can't be interchangeable for our 11S series, and the filter is estimated to arrive at the warehouse around the mid in August. Could you please wait for it? Please contact our support if you need any assistance.

Best $150 Ever!!! LOVE this little machine!!! We’ve been using the Eufy for about 3 months now and I’m in love with this product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Doesn't detect toys/objects but great product for price

Bought this a while ago and it is a life changer!!! Was super skeptical about these things, never had a robot anything.. but having a few cats I was just drowning in hair and nonstop cleaning. Seriously changed my life for the better. Will NEVER go without one of these again. It's well worth the price and has worked great every day. Runs for an hour a day for months now and no issues. I will be upgrading when this one takes a crap tho (why it only has 4 stars) as it doesn't detect objects and gets stuck on many things, having cats i have a lot of toys laying around, it sucks them up and gets stuck so not ideal to run when youre not home. I only got this cheaper one because I was so skeptical but I do highly recommend this for a first timer not sure if you want to get one or someone without animals/kids that leave things everywhere, I will just be spending the extra money next time for a fancy one that avoids sucking toys up. It is a bit noisy as well but overall has seriously helped me out.
