Best Music Composition Notebook! Lies Flat, Good Price
Such a good value for thr price. Binding allows the book to lay flat for easy music composition on the piano or on a flat surface like a table. The book is cheap so it encourages composers to write and write and write more and not be limited by space or pages because when one gets full it is easy and cheap to reorder the same product. Lines are close enough together to write as a grand staff if you like or you can write single instrumental or voice per line.

Simple, Reliable Manuscript Paper
This manuscript paper is exactly what’s advertised. While you could technically print blank sheets yourself, having it pre-printed and bound makes it far more convenient to keep organized and carry around. I used this all throughout school, and it was reliable and practical for daily use. Even now, I continue to buy it as needed because it saves time and stays neat compared to loose sheets. TL;DR: Simple, bound manuscript paper that’s convenient, organized, and worth rebuying.

Good quality and reasonable price
It's a good price and good quality. I'm trying to practice recognizing the scale so it's helpful when I'm writing them down myself.

Good for a creative music lover
I got this as a gift for an avid music lover and player. The notebook is soft back with a plastic spiral and seems like it would be helpful for anyone who needs to annotate music or compose.

Turning Blank Pages into Music
When I first purchased this notebook, I did so with a simple hope: to give my 7-year-old piano prodigy (in training) a canvas for his musical scribbles. Little did I know, this unassuming notebook would become the silent maestro in our home, guiding us through an unforeseen musical odyssey. Let's face it, a manuscript book isn't exactly the star of the show in the music world. It's more like the dependable stagehand that nobody notices but everyone needs. This one, however, deserves a standing ovation. The wirebound design means no wrestling with pages that refuse to stay open, a godsend when you're deciphering the hieroglyphs of a seven-year-old's composition. Its sturdiness is another unsung hero. It's survived the occasional juice spill, the 'I'm a rockstar' toss across the room, and the infamous 'let's scribble everywhere but the staves' phase. Yet, here it is, still intact, still legible, and still inspiring my son to create his next magnum opus (which currently sounds like a symphony of cat yowls, but we're getting there). The 12 staves per page are a generous offering. They whisper, "Go on, fill me with quavers and semibreves." There's enough room for my son's enthusiastic, albeit oversized, notation. And when inspiration strikes him (usually five minutes before bedtime), this manuscript paper becomes the trusty vessel for his musical thoughts. Admittedly, I didn't expect to be writing a love letter to a manuscript book. But here we are. It's more than just paper and lines; it's a diary of my son's musical journey, a testament to his growth, and a reminder that sometimes, the simplest tools are the ones that can turn the mundane into the extraordinary.

Great for a Sketchbook, but not for Portfolios/Submissions
The paper isn't top quality for heavy ink, but for the price it is fine. 12 staves is perfect for University/A-level work and is recommended, although you cannot remove it efficiently or easily because of the ring binder, but it specifies this in the description, so that was no surprise. I however, wouldn't use such cheap paper for a portfolio anyway, for reasons above and because it has a nice little code in the bottom corner, but it is perfect for a sketch book and for ideas (96 pages of them). Warning, it isn't perfect for cross-stave work, but if you're writing in fine pencil it shouldn't be too much of an issue, but it does become an issue with ledger lines, as there is virtually no room for ledger lines, something to bare in mind. As well as the thick stave lines, which can create issues, but as I said NOT for portfolios. The little 'Music Notation Guide' is quite nice, outlining key signatures, various terms, symbols and tips for common practise notation (see attached picture). There is quite a lot of paper for the price, bound by a fairly sturdy plastic (which I've added pressure to and it hasn't broken). The cardboard cover would protect the paper somewhat, but isn't the sturdiest. I purchased it in the evening and it was with me by the next evening (at request) which was very efficient and helpful, no problems or issue there. There is a space to write your name on the front which is quite helpful and a nice little touch (even if it says to write your city/state as well...). 5* because it's £3 guys, you can't complain.
