Product is great! I estimate the product was in shipment for just over 48 hours going from Texas to the northeast through express shipping. The product arrived chilled with a freezer pack and encased in Styrofoam. Not frozen (I didnt expect it to be) but cool to the touch. Everything I know about food safety told me not to eat it, but its SO good and SO expensive to have delivered that we ate it anyway. It tasted absolutely GREAT! This is a sausage that you cook whole so that you get that snap when you bite into it. The flavor is SO much better than any sausage I've had before. I will definitely be ordering again when the temperature outside gets cooler!

Delicious Treat
If you are a fan of the regular smoked sausage you will love the Cajun sausage. Absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, they are not sold in local stores in Boston MA, so the price is much higher to ship but the occasional treat is worth it.

Simply the best!
Haven’t tried the Cajun, but the other flavors are great. Use this by itself or put in stir fry or with veg and pasta. Not cheap but worth it. Makes great gifts to send on Amazon.
