This is a powerful speaker with a good clear tone for the price and you have to stand close to it to hear any background "hiss". Connects OK using Bluetooth with my iPad to play music. Not used the microphone's yet and I use the speaker with mains power connected so not sure how long the internal battery lasts as I have not run it until the battery is exhausted. So far its working well playing backing music for my Saxophone. If you are into real high quality sound systems then this is probably not for you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good speaker, but not suitable for dancing school using USB *by A***E on 27 April 2017* The speaker seems good and loud, and it is well made, but the USB controls are not suitable for my use. I teach dancing and on my other usb players I can store all play lists in separate folders and access these quickly and easily. With this USB player, I would need to have a list of thousands of tracks in order to locate music, and there is not the time when teaching a class. You need to turn the speaker away from the class to see the display, or if in a large enough room, go behind the speaker to see the display, which is also time consuming in a class situation. I'm sure it would be great for Zumba or similar classes where only a limited number of tracks are needed. But for classes where 30 tracks might be played during a 45 minute lesson, and the might be 10 classes in a day, using different play lists, it's not practical. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing customer service *by V***V on 20 April 2021* I've had lots of questions about this product purely because I couldn't see how to do some things and every question has been answered amazingly. I've had one problem with the headset mike and they have bent over backwards to help. Would highly recommend. I am using this for dance exercise classes in a large church hall and sound is amazing.
