I use these with my Hangsun cn560 nebuliser.I found this saline very helpful in clearing my blocked airways. I have asthma and somethings it just helps to pop my nebuliser on and sit there getting a breath of fresh air, (so to speak) in my lungs. I have the Hangsun CN560 nebuliser machine and these work fine with this nebuliser.

Can this be used to clean piercings

Yes I would use it for that as it gets rid of any nasty gunk and is sterile. You can re-seal the little vials but throw away after 24 hours. I used to use this on my kids in France as babies and I use them to clean wounds and cuts and scratches and to clean round the eyes in cases of eye infection too. It is truly amazing stuff!
