Is there anything about free spice refills for 5 years if you register with the manufacturer?

Yes so you do get your spices, but its not all that free. shipping and handling is $4.90 per 4 spice packets, to refill all 30 available spices is $22.50. the refills are all different weights per spice so hard to say if it's a deal. for something like cinnamon or sea salt, it's not.

Can I get a list of the seasons that comes with thi item please?

It could possibly vary, I suppose, but the ones that came in our spice rack were the following: Basil, Bay Leaves, Caraway Seeds, Celery Salt, Chives, Cilantro, Coriander, Dill Weed, Herbes de Provences, Italian Seasoning, Marjoram, Crushed Mint, Mustard Seed, Oregano, Parsley, Pizza Seasoning, Rosemary, Savory, Gourmet Sea Salt, and Thyme.
