Access Newcomers (Access: Building Literacy Throught Learning)

Maybe this would be good for incoming secondary students who have a strong background of literacy in their first language and are highly motivated to build academic vocabulary, but this book pre-supposes skills that many true newcomers lack, particularly if their previous education has been interrupted or limited in some other way.

I love the layout of this book. Unfortunately, the copy I recieved has a chunk missing from it.

This is a great book for Newcomer Secondary students. It provides a quick look at all the basics.

Great resource for newcomer students

Thanks the books arrived on time and just as described on the site. I needed a few more books for my class and these were a great price.

The book is in great condition and the content is perfect for a beginner in English. I would recommend others to buy it.

Amazing resource for beginner ELLS but unfortunately this copy was completely written in :(

thanks!
