What is the diff between P2 & P3?

If I’m reading this correctly P2 is a two pack and P 3 is a three pack. There is a P4 available which is a four pack. They work great with Alexa.

can it be used for wall ac?

Yes. Thats exactly why we bought them. But it ONLY works if your AC has analog controls. It will. Ot work if your ac relies on digital controls. We leave our ac dials and switches set and let this plug adapter turn the ac on/off on a schedule or whenever we tell Alexa to turn it on. Going on 3 years now.

Can i use light (12 a) in 15 a wall outlet?

It depends on the load you're planning on the smart plug not the current available to it. As long as you don't exceed the smart plug's maximum current rating you won't create a fire danger.
