Probably any that has an open top so the coffee can run into it.  special tops that allow the "pour before its finished brewing" type features probably wouldn't work very well.  I use the $10 standard bunn decanter and it works great www.amazon.com/12-Cup-Glass-Coffee-Decanter-Black/dp/B006SVK1VS/  Don't use an insulated one if you want to use the warmer.

Question 3

Does this brewer emit steam from the top? I have high enough cabinets to slide it underneath with approx. 3 inches of clearance.

There will not be any steam coming out of the top as this a commercial model. Keep in mind that you will have to have enough counter space for the front to have 4 inches of clearance for the pour through flap on top front to open.  This unit keeps the water hot all the time and the thermostat cycles the heating elements on and off to maintain the tempature of the water to make coffee or tea on demand.  The upper portion of the stainless steel cabinet will average 90-100 Degrees Farenheight.  This is easy to maintain and will outlast any home models.

Question 4

What is the voltage? - the Product Manual on this site says 220-V.

The one I bought and is currently plugged into my kitchen counter wall is 110 volts.  If you'll go to the Bunn website and download the VP17 Operating and Service Manual, on Page 4 of the electrical requirements, it says "The brewer has an attached cordset and requires 2-wire grounded service rated 120 volts ac, 15 amp, single phase, 60 Hz."  Is that enough information?
