I take this to the barn and put 12 drops in some water and drink it down before I ride. I still get hot and sweaty but I don't feel bad. This is so portable and easy to use. You can't taste it and it has no fillers at all. This is my 7th year using this stuff.

This is such a convenient way to add electrolytes to your water. I put 4-6 drops in a 12oz glass. It's unflavored, which I like. Easier than messing with powders. It is a bit salty, so I cut back on the amount of drops I use. It's really helped me get my energy back after an illness. It's a clean, hydrating liquid.

Mild soft salty flavor, no nasties

Wanted a product which worked without any artificial sweeteners. This works but it leave an after taste (not so pleasant) which lasted for me nearly 12 hours.
