Worth every penny
These inserts have made a major difference for my posture and overall health. I have dealt with pronated ankles my entire life and had always thought the only fix was prescription orthotics, until I tried these insoles. This is my second pair and the quality is consistent. My first pair was still going strong in my boots after one year and they're now just as effective in my running shoes. The men/women size large slides in easily to my Taos Crave boots in size 42/11 without sacrificing any room. The active pair is more flexible and therefore more comfortable than the other versions, in my personal experience. I have less pain in general since using these insoles and I see myself buying a pair for every pair of shose that I own in the future. I would recommend these to anyone who deals with overpronation, as well as to those who gets pain in their knees or lower backs, athletes and people constantly on their feet. Excellent product.

TLDR; great product, solves the flat foot and overpronation problem, lasts a long time. Very thick so bad for perfectly fitting
Best insoles I've used yet. I have incredibly flat feet which caused over-pronation in my legs. Whenever I walk for long distances, my knees and feet would hurt. However, since I've got these, I could walk for incredibly long distances without pain. I put these in my hiking boots and went on a backpacking trip and hiked 40 miles easily. The hard plastic for the arch is the deciding factor for buying these insoles. It has a high arch and will not get squished down over time like the other insoles. I've used it for half a year now and the arch has not been squished down at all. The only drawback for these insoles is its usability depends on the shoe it's put in. If the original sole cannot be replaced with this one or if it is a perfect fit originally, then this insole will be useless. If the shoe is bigger, then this will work perfectly. It stopped my feet from sliding around in my hiking boots too, saving my toes when hiking downhill. TLDR; great product, solves the flat foot and overpronation problem, lasts a long time. Very thick so bad for perfectly fitting shoes. Use with bigger shoes or if the original sole can be removed.

Perfect insole to help my running foot pain.....You can feel them actually working.
I have high arches and majority of running shoes do not have any arch support. I was suffering from foot pain when I would run trails and pavement, I did all the necessary precautions to make sure it was not my running form, tight muscles, wrong shoes etc....at the end of it I could not find any issues so I did research and tried 7 different pairs of insoles. Overall these insoles work the best in my trail and road running shoes. I can actually feel the support in my arch they give me unlike other insoles I tried. My feet/arch does not hurt after my runs and I can now go longer and do back to back days of running without pain. I run 25m week average. 8min mile. The shoes I run in are Saucony Kinvara and Saucony Peregrine for trails. I would highly recommend these insoles for anyone looking for true arch support. However everyones feet are different and some may not like feeling the support when running, but after a mile or less you don't even notice its there.

Hopeful!
I ordered these orthotics after becoming fed up with increasing foot, knee and lower back pain over the past few years. I have flat feet and one of my legs is longer than the other, so I have a lot of issues from many years of running when I was younger, before anyone figured out my legs were not the same length. I needed something to help with supporting my feet to align everything, but I also need to put a lift in one of my shoes to even out my legs. I got these insoles today and put them in my running shoes. I put the heel lift under the orthotic. At first I wasn't sure I would be able to tolerate them for even the couple of hours that the manufacturer recommends, because the arch support is very firm. But I decided to try to stick it out to allow myself to get used to them. After a couple of hours, they started to feel better on my feet, and I noticed my back was already feeling better. So tomorrow I will use them again for a few hours, and I think I will adjust and they will help me. I wear a size 8 or 8 1/2 normally, so I ordered the size small, which goes up to a women's 8. They fit perfectly in my shoes and the arch support feels like a good size for my foot. So if you are between sizes, you might opt to size down.

Orthaheel inserts - a blessing to suffers of Plantar Fasciitis
I wear Women's sz 11 shoe and purchased Women's large insole. They fit in my shoes perfectly and have been wonderful. I have plantar fasciitis and have struggled to find shoes I can walk in. I initially purchased another brand that the physical therapist suggested, but even after the PT heated and custom formed those inserts I could not walk in them without extreme pain. These insoles by Orhaheel however, have been wonderful. I pulled out the insoles that came in my sneakers and replaced them with these and I have been able to walk all day in the shoes with little pain. I was so happy with them that I ordered a pair for my son who was having foot pain. He also reports excellent results. It should be noted that it does initially make the shoe feel a bit tighter and I did have to go to a thinner sock, and it has not worked well in shoes that have a thickly cushioned insole that does not readily come out of the shoe. But I am very pleased with this product and I will be purchasing an additional pairs so I do not have to always move them from one shoe to another.

LIFE SAVERS!!!!
I've been battling severe plantar fasciitis for more than two years and these inserts are the first thing to help aside from prescription painkillers. My PF has been so bad that I've had countless days where I could barely make it to the bathroom. I have fibromyalgia which exacerbates my PF. I've seen podiatrists and neurologists to no avail. I've iced, soaked in Epsom salt, foam rolled, tried the PF nighttime braces, etc. nothing. Then one of my doctors knew another doctor with PF who recommended these inserts. I was skeptical and couldn't afford to waste any more money. Well, these inserts are helping! I put them in a pair of Meindel walking shoes and after about a week of wearing them just to do some basic errands my feet felt a little better and I wasn't waking up multiple times a night in pain and my morning pain began to lessen. Now, a month later, I'm able to walk my dogs for about 1/2 an hour a day. That is a HUGE improvement and I'm so thankful. Oh, so my PF pain impacts my whole foot but is significantly worse in my arches and in the balls of my middle toes. These inserts offer so much arch support. Combined with stretching several times a day, using a foot roller and these inserts, I feel more "normal" than I have in years. I will probably never again be a runner but I'm happy to able to walk without God-awful, teeth-gnashing pain.

Updated review-
Update a year later: I've got to say that these are the BEST shoe inserts ever for me, and I've had some from a doctor's office before. I'm overweight and my feet are so flat my ankles turn inwards. These inserts are amazing. I spent the money really doubting they'd help, because most of the inserts you buy (that aren't custom made for you) can't support your arches. They are better than having NO support, but don't really do what they advertise they do. These are the real deal. They align your foot correctly so that you aren't walking on your ankles. I'm not paid to advertise for them, and I haven't got any freebies for this review. I've had so many problems all my life with foot pain, but these have not only helped with that, but my knees and back as well. The one thing I advise is if you're like me who wears pretty much the same shoes every day (Asics running shoes for me), and especially if you'r overweight, you will want to get new shoes/ inserts every 6 to 12 months ideally. I recommend getting new shoes when you get these so that you can really feel what its like to not be in pain anymore. You'll remember the feeling and even though it might be a bit expensive to go all out at once, its your feet we're talking about here. You know if you're feet hurt, the rest of your body hurts as well. Just imagine going to the mall or grocery store and not feeling exhausted after 5 minutes. I promise you: if you have fallen arches/ flat feet, you will be amazed. Get them!!! I took a chance with these inserts because I have one of their sandals that are amazingly comfortable, and these inserts did NOT disappoint! I put them in my running shoes and noticed the difference immediately. It really has me walking differently. My flat feet now have arches, not just little padded bumps like other inserts that you get at the pharmacy or supermarket. Years ago I had special inserts made by a doctor, and these are every bit as supportive.

Happy to be walking normal again!!
I've worn Orthoheel orthotics in my shoes for a long time after a hip replacement realigned my gate. They are wonderful at relieving arch problems and the dreaded plantar fachitis that seems to come hand in hand with high arches. Now my husband is going to try a pair after his foot dr. said he needed arch supports. Orthoheel products are a product supported by Dr. Andrew Weil. Dr. Weil is at the forefront of healthy eating as well as physical ailments. Since taking his advice on wearing Orthoheel shoes and orthotics I walk a lot better and a lot longer. The shoes have the same foot bed as the orthotics. The superior arch support is combined with a deep heel cup that keep your ankle aligned and heel in the correct position for the foot when walking. If you have high arches and have noticed that your regular shoe size is getting a bit short and tight, then your arch is falling. Orthoheel orthotics are a way of bringing your foot back into alignment. If you foot has been out of alignment for quite awhile you need to wear the orthotics for a few hours and slowly work up to wearing them all day. Couldn't be happier with mine.

Keeps its shape
I have spent so much money on all types of orthotics and these have been the best and most consistent so far. It keeps its shape where the arch support is.
