Arnott's Assorted Cream Biscuits 500g

I love these but half of them were smashed and broken. Otherwise it was great to have a long forgotten taste of Australia.

There was a misunderstanding and I was all ugly about it but despite my attitude TJ was patient and kind. 5 stars for customer service. Now, about the cookies, mine weren't as crumbly as other peoples were so that was a nice surprise. The taste was between "meh" (not bad - not great) and what was supposed to be a cream center was more like gum. Not sure why that was but regardless I was not able to enjoy the cream biscuits like I was hoping.

Just wanted to make sure you know how the product arrives. What did you think would happen to the product? These are a good product but destroyed and unusable by the way you are supplying them. Waste of my money and time.

These are really addicting. But it is just a regular bag of cookies. I realize it isn't a normal item found in my country, but it isn't worth paying $30 for.

The product is fine. The biscuits were a little drier and more crumblier than I recall getting in Australia, but that was not the issue. They were tossed in a box too large for them. The biscuits themselves are in an Arnott's package that has a light, flimsy, flexible lower component into which they sit. rather loosely as it happens. The top is just a light cover. Which means when they are put in a box 10x their size, even with a bit of large air-filled bubbles for protection, most are smashed beyond recognition on arrival. And they were. That is my only feed back for what is otherwise a completely acceptable transaction.

Very delicious the few that were in whole. Only downside some of the biscuits got crushed in shipment. But the taste is top quality.

Great biscuits/cookies but packet was delivered in a large box with no wrapping or padding to protect it, most of the contents were broken. Very disappointed as bought by an Aussie to share with American friends

All delicious but Monte Carlo biscuit was favourite.
