My rats eat this just fine and they’re doing really well. This is relatively expensive food, but the blocks are hard and you’re not left with a half bag of dust in the end. Also, it’s packaged in smaller bags so you don’t have to throw away half of it when it’s bug season. This is the best quality food and the nutrition is obvious. Healthy food makes healthy bodies, all through the food chain. This is 18% protein and I wish they made a 14% because my rats are all over a year old (seniors!) but they are beautiful rats on this food.

My rats go crazy for this food, and I feel great providing it to them because it is very nutritious. It is one of the top rated foods out there for rats. I’ve been purchasing it from this business for years now, and I’m always happy with the quality. The shipping was within a reasonable time, and I LoVe that they’ve been shipping it in a box now. The sealed bag inside with the rat food never gets damaged/punctured. Thank you very much :-)

All my rehab rodents love these. I never find any hidden and not eaten when I clean their cages which always happened with other brands.

I purchased this food per a recommendation from a rat forum that it was a high-quality and nutritious food. I started mixing it in with their current food (Oxbow), and they go nuts over it! Every time I put in a mixture, they go through and pick out this stuff first until it's completely gone, and only then will they go back to their other food! One of my boys even makes hoards of it before it runs out. The seller was prompt and I received my order very quickly. I did notice a few other reviews saying they had to put it in a different container to store it, but they may have changed their packaging as I got the 5lb bag in a sturdy, resealable bag.

My baby squirrel loves these and they're vegetable flavor however I wish I could've bought a smaller bag and it was cheaper. I paid $30 for a 5lb bag because the smaller bags were seafood flavor and I wouldn't suggest that flavor for a squirrel.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR REHAB SQUIRRELS. I order the 5 lb bags, sometimes a couple at a time to use as a diet staple for squirrel rehab and release. These blocks are the very first solid food I offer to baby squirrels, and most of them take to it really well. I also use the 2018 blocks to make "flour" as a base for vitamin and calcium packed squirrel cookies. I have raised over 100 squirrels and the diet plan I stick to for them is Teklad 2018, Henry's blocks and fresh veggies and fruit, in that order. My only issue, and the rain for 4 instead of 5 stars, is this time and the last time my package was damaged. This order both bags are opened. I'm not certain if they are safe for my squirrels to eat, and I can't find where I can request a replacement.

I’m a Wildlife Rehabber and these are nutritious for all rodents including Squirrels and Groundhogs
