This seems to be a great cordless vacuum, We bought at Xmas ,my wife likes how light it is and how nimble it turns it will go around a table leg. It sounds like it is wimpy but has the suction to pull up everything. We put in on MAX power when doing the area and throw rugs, we have four large dogs and it pulls up the hair easily and doesn't get stuck in roller. We found that the brush roller works the best on these low pile rugs for pulling up the hair but the soft roller is good for all around floors. We have a 1000 sqr foot house and the battery usually one 1/4 of the power left on the power meter. It is easy to dump the filter container and we dump it twice when doing our home.( remember we have dogs) all and all we love this convenient vacuum and use it sometimes everyday because it is convenient. The power button is a click on and off button so you don't have to hold it down, it also has LED lights on the power head which work good to see under beds and things. We like this vacuum very much , it is not cheaply made and we hope it holds up for sometime. RANDY

**Update... we have had this for one week. One the first use it became super squeaky. The floor never had that just vacuum feel or look. By the third time we used it my husband begged me to return it for it did nothing. Thankful for Amazon’s easy return policy. We had a Dyson for three years and kept having to replace the battery. While I am not sure of battery life from my first use this is what I like: Very easy to maneuver! The head is flatter so it goes under areas that the Dyson could not fit. I like the head lights, I never thought that would be something I noticed but I do like them. I like the different heads for different needs. We have hardwood stairs and the head is the perfect width to vacuum hardwood stairs. I also like having the battery light power lights so I know what time frame I am working with. I love that you do not have to hold the power button, just click and go!! Things I am not sure about: it is really quiet. While most of the time it is good I am a little concerned about the suction power. We have a Great Dane and when I vacuumed I had a large clump of hair fall off the bottom instead of being sucked into the vacuum. I am wondering if it is the head I was using though. For the first use it was squeaky. But over all for the money, I think it will serve its purpose.

I wanted to wait until I was able to try all the attachments and test the battery life before writing a review. Now that I have had it for about a month, I think it is appropriate to review. First, let me start off by saying, I went back and forth on this purchase for a while. I was looking to replace my handheld shark for pets vacuum that had just died. I have two dogs and and older home, so I was constantly using the handheld to keep it tidy throughout the week. With that being said, I was excited to find this option where it could be handheld or used as the stick upright vacuum. I research so many brands, compared prices, reviews, run times (yes, I was crazy, I admit it but I wanted something worth the money)! So far, I love this vacuum. It was easy to put together, the attachments are easy to put on and take off, it is easy to clean out and the run time has been about 40 minutes per charge. It gets under most of my furniture with ease and the lights really make you aware of how much fur/dirt is on the floor. I even found myself vacuuming in the dark to see how much I missed in the daylight! I found this very comparable to the dyson, shark, etc. brands that cost triple+ the price and am very pleased with my purchase. The warranty gave me added comfort and the company seems to respond in a timely manner - granted I have not had any issues with the machine, but I am still confident in the event of an issue, they would be helpful. I use this every day and have had no issues. I rarely use the max suction because the regular suction works just fine. Also, it is so much quieter and lighter than my old shark - so those are pluses in my book. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

I initially gave this vacuum a poor review and am now updating my rating based on a few things: 1) I had an amazing experience with customer service. I had bought this vacuum 5.5 months ago. I intended to return but didn't to due difficult life circumstances (recent childbirth and family illness). After recently tracking down the paperwork for the vacuum, I found the QR code to obtain the 1-year warranty and saw the customer service email. I emailed them my concerns and told them that to be 100% satisfied, I would need a full refund since the vacuum, even brand new, was not sufficient for my needs. Within 24 hours, customer service responded and with minimal back-and-forth, they issued me the full refund. What's even better is that I didn't have to ship the old vacuum back, and I also wasn't required to change my review in order to receive the refund (that was something offered to do on my own). 2) I developed realistic expectations of a cordless stick vacuums. This was my first time buying and trying out a cordless stick vacuum. Compared to a heavy duty, corded, wind tunnel vacuum, it seems incredibly weak. However, compared to other cordless stick vacuums (I've had a chance to talk to cordless stick vacuum owners and see a few in action), it performs pretty well. If you are expecting the same performance from a cordless stick vacuum as you do your typical upright vacuum, you're going to be disappointed. 3) Not sufficient for our space does equate to not sufficient for others. We have a large home with hardwood floors and fairly thick carpet on our stairs (as well as a heavy duty carpet mat near our sliding glass door leading to the outside). It's difficult for us to vacuum our downstairs in its entirety without losing power. The vacuum struggles to perform well on our thick carpets, but does well on the hardwood floors. We have kids and noticed larger debris (like Cheerios) are difficult to suck up with the vacuum on the first swipe. Apparently, I shed like a very long-haired dog and was constantly trying unwrap or cut off my wrapped hair from the brush. I do love how lightweight the vacuum is, the headlights, the washable filter, on/off trigger button, see-through dust collector, and many more things. I don't think it's a bad vacuum. I just realized that kind of vacuum I want will need to be corded and bit more expensive than initially thought. So, if you're on the fence about this vacuum, it's worth a try. It has a one-year warranty and a 24-month free replacement warranty. The customer service is great (at least in my experience). Just know that when you opt for the convenience of a cordless vacuum, you do pay more for the cordless technology and get less power than a corded vacuum - no matter what cordless vacuum you buy.
