ShadowlinePlus Size Women's Petals 53 Inch Short Flutter Sleeve Long Gown

I love this nightgown. I have been wearing them for over 30 years and will continue to buy them as long as they make them. I did notice that a large and XL are the same size. The only difference between them is that a large is about $10 cheaper than an XL.

This is my favorite nightgown! I love the fabric; it’s flowy and silky :)This is modest enough to wear around the family!I bought a size Large, but could wear a Medium. I’m 5’5 and 150 ish pounds.

This is my first time having a Shadowline nightgown. A lot of my aunts and older relatives wear them and swear by them. I found they were super silky feeling and soft and I really enjoyed lounging around the house in them. My only two issues is I had to wear a housecoat or topper with them because the nightgown showed the outline of my underwear and (probably TMI) pokey nipples on top. I know this product line also has a house robe or peignoir you can buy, however I ended up wearing my house cardigan instead before going to bed.Other issue what if you sweat at night, this nightgown will feel terrible against your skin. I'm not sure if it's the nylon, but I ended up sweating a LOT at night wearing this. I got sweaty, then cold, then sweaty again. I'll still wear it but reserve it for when it's colder in the room.

This nightgown is pretty, comfortable and true to size.

I've always loved these night dresses and was delighted to find them on amazon. A little pricey, so I go for the colors that are less expensive.

This was a second purchase for me, as I like the style and feel.

The nightdress is well made and well proportioned, comfortable and roomy. I am delighted to find a maxi length garment that does not ride up above one's knees while sleeping. It is elegant and suitable for wearing as loungewear too.
