It’s tough to find dry salami, but this one is perfect. Not soggy at all, flavourful, and comes in a perfect size for snacking.

​I’m so excited to get some pretty plants into this for her! It’s a wonderful, whimsical piece of decor that really brings a touch of magic to the room. Overall, if you’re looking for a mess-free way to add protein to a snack board or just want a portable protein snack, these are a solid choice!

Update: Kudos to Creminelli for taking care of a mess-up. Apparently they had a batch go out that molded in transit. They made it right with me promptly. And their meats are a stand alone quality that does not exist anywhere else. They replaced the original order with another flavor in a bonus sized amount. The minis are perfectly sized and packaged for snacking at work, or to take along for any activities. The flavor profile is exceptionally good. You will notice many of the complaints that they are too hard also compliment the flavor in their review. So what about the texture? It is what one should expect of a dry-aged salami. Occasionally you will find a package with higher moisture content--they are easier to chew, but do NOT taste as good. The dry-aged texture is PERFECT and I hope they never soften them up to accommodate those complaints--Hilshire farms has all kinds of soft salami for those who prefer it that way.

I've been buying these off and on for decades. I've tried all of them and all them are delicious! These little meat sticks are how pepperoni sticks should be! A little drier and snappy versus limp and wet like a cocktail sausage. Nice crunch, unique flavor, not quite like a pepperoni stick but also not like a summer sausage or dried salami ... something in between. Only wish they were more affordable, even when on sale. Bag is pretty small and I can easily inhale one in a matter of minutes, one of those rare treats I guess. Soo good.

These used to be great but they've changes the salami's casing to where it's no longer sealed at either end of the salami and they are hard as a rock. feel bad even giving them to my dog. And Amazon wont reimburse you for it.

Got sent the whiskey flavor instead of the original. It has an interesting after taste that I don’t love. Now stuck with a six pack of them. Love the original and cracked pepper for protein snacks at work.

I love most Creminelli products. I have had several of his large salamis and since I love sopressata with black pepper, this snack size (finger length and diameter) small sausages looked appealing. They are good and I am motoring through them as I bought several packages. I would eat them faster, but I try to moderate my consumption taking only a few each time. These are hard, dry, and chewy, but with a lot of flavor. I could use a bit more black pepper as that was why I was first attracted to them, but that is easily added when I eat them. I will buy them again.
